Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, this has been the best company I've rented from in the past 10+ years of living in Coeur d'Alene. Our property manager has been professional and efficient, and has always been quick-to-act when it comes to any issues that we've had as renters. When our heating went out, they had space-heaters at our doorstep within an hour or two of reporting the outage. When our local recycling company was periodically skipping our house, they were quick to contact them and find our what was going on. Any issue we had at any point was always handled in a no-nonsense, professional way- and my roommates and I have really appreciated that for the past ~4 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Lakeside Property Management has been AMAZING to work with! My boyfriend and I relocated to CDA back in 2021 and April was accommodating to all our needs. There was an issue upon move in that required maintenance but she promptly took care of it and we’ve had no issues since. The maintenance guys are friendly, great communication, and knowledgeable and we’ve had an overall wonderful experience renting from them. 5/5 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I rented with Lakeside Property Management for four years. I give April and her team five stars for a few reasons: She wasn't a nosey or an overbearing property manager. She didn't set up multiple inspections every month. She let us be and live. She ensured the parking lot was plowed so our vehicles could come and go. Repairs were efficient. She was very adaptable with lease renewals and my eventual request to break my lease. Rocky, April's handyman, was always out working on the property. If I ever need to rent again in Spirit Lake, I want to come back to Lakeside. Thank-you for four years of living!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had a fantastic experience renting from LPM! Rental price was well below market, repairs were made promptly, and they didn’t make up any silly reasons to steal our damage deposit when we moved out. I also found staff friendly and easy to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: We loved our experience with Erika and April at Lakeside. Although we only lived at the duplex for 9 months maintenance items always got addressed quickly. Would rent with them again.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely rude, disorganized and lies. More than once she has applied my money to someone else's account instead of my account. This so called "one woman show" is a one woman train wreck. 5 star reviews are more than likely payed for or just her friends. Avoid. Edit: Her response baffles me. First off, I would remember getting married...then divorced.

Experiencia negativa: If your a renter I would highly advise not renting from Lakeside. April is rude, unorganized and unprofessional. She sent us someone else's utility bills for months, and doesn't check her Dropbox for payments and refused to fix anything. I'll admit we fell on hard times after having a baby and was late on rent a few months but always paid. After being told our lease would be renewed we received a 30 day notice instead. Then she issued a 3 day notice without actually giving it to us or posting it on the house. You would think such a great landlord would know the legalities. Must have a lot of friends posting great reviews because April is a nightmare.

April was great to work with. She was quick to respond and always incredibly fair. The only reason I’m still not renting is because I bought a home, but I recommend Lakeside Property Mgmt to anyone looking to rent. My experience with April was light years better than with any landlord I’ve had in the past.

Experiencia fantástica: We rented from Lakeside Property Management for almost 18 months. We worked primarily with April, but also a lot with Erika. Both are super professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. Just to name a couple things. They are always available by text if you need anything and will reply right away (within reason, obviously). Even when we unintentionally violated an HOA rule, they were super chill and cool when they brought it to our attention and we were quick to correct it. Our home was cozy and comfortable and we made many awesome memories in it. LPM played a huge part in that because we had such a good relationship with them. Also their online app for paying rent, service requests, bill viewing, deposit refunds, etc is great and convenient. The owners of the home decided to sell the house and LPM gave us ample time to find a new rental and we’re very flexible and understanding during the move out process, even offering to work with the school calendar for summer if it came to that. It would be an honor to work with them again. Honest, dependable, upfront.

My experience with April at Lakeside Property Management (it's just April, there are no other employees) was horrible. She was unprofessional, dishonest, rude and sloppy. She has no business being in the property management business. I traveled hundreds of miles to look at an executive home she listed. From the get go she acted like I was putting her out, scoffed at the questions I asked her, knew nothing to very little about the house and rushed me through the showing. I would never rent from this person nor would I allow them to Manage my Property. I don't post many reviews but I couldn't let this one go...

Experiencia fantástica: After selling our home we rented from LPM for our first rental in quite some time. Rental went smooth, even though we didn’t stay long (bought another home), and we were never needlessly bothered or ignored when we contacted April with any issues. Quick responses and friendly. It’s always concerning at the end of the rental regarding how the deposit will go but I was thrilled to find they were honest and not withholding money just because they could. I would absolutely recommend LPM.

Experiencia fantástica: I have rented with April for just over 3 years, so I have a good idea of what renting from Lakeside Property Management is about. April does a great job walking the line between what is good for the renter as well as what is good for the owner. April is picky about who she allows to rent from her. She has quite the screening process, so not just anyone gets to rent from her. This is good for those who own rentals and are looking for a property management company because you know that whomever is in your rental home has been rigorously screened and chances of destruction of property or misuse of the home are low. From a renters perspective, if you make it through the screening process, know that April is a fantastic landlord. She allows you to live in the home without “bothering” you, yet if you need her, she is right there! Something needs repair? She is on it! I have rarely had to wait any amount of time to get anything fixed. She has even offered to come and stay with the repairman when I had to be at work. She is the perfect complement of great to rent from and great company to trust your property with!

Experiencia fantástica: My son was with a rental company who gave no prior notice to him leaving in a pandemic. He literally had 28 days to find a place for him and his dog. I was shocked, flabbergasted ,I couldn’t believe it. No communication whatsoever. We were referred to April by a good friend that we do business with, and we are so happy that we were able to communicate with her and get my son a place to live quickly. We are very grateful for April and her professionalism. If you have questions she’s right there for you to answer. The property that my son is renting is amazing, very clean and very well taken care of. He’s very happy with the move .
