I moved from out of state (Alaska) so lots of logistics to consider and Mike was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was very responsive, supportive, but not pushy at all. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I met Michael at on open house we randomly stopped in at on a Sunday. We reached back out to him a couple months later when we decided to purchase our first house. Michael met with us for an initial meeting, and we discussed what we were looking for (price/location etc.). I would say within a couple days of that meeting we started looking at houses (this was early spring 2017). We have 2 young kids and Michael is fantastic at both being a realtor and understanding that people have jobs/lives/families. I don't honestly think he showed us more than maybe 1 or 2 houses that were above our price range and they were shown to us in the very beginning to give us an idea of where we were at for our price range. It did take about 4 months to find a house but that was because my wife was very specific in what she was looking for. I would and will use Michael again assuming he is still selling houses when we buy our next house. After 3 months of looking we found exactly that a 2 bedroom house on a half acre with a 40x40 pole barn and 2 car attached garage in Andover. He is professional, very knowledgeable in his field, prompt with his response time, and just all around great guy. Just a little bit of our experience, when we started our search for our home (which we love) the market was very competitive and as you can imagine we got out bid (if you haven't been out bid before on a house you like, I'll tell you it's very discouraging) but mike kept our spirits up and helped us push forward with our search by providing plenty of options that fit our criteria for our future home. Along with being a personable guy, our children loved going to showings with mike, he knows what to look for when house hunting from out dated windows to water damage in the basement, he really does have your best interest in mind. We worked with several different realtors during this stretch. Most were pushy and tried to pressure us to buy when we were not sure. Michael was the last realtor we had to find. He was incredibly patient, never pushed us to make decisions, was always available for questions, was always open to changes in our search parameters, always gave advice when asked, was very knowledgeable, and had a very pleasant personality. At no time did I ever feel that he was pushy and leading us in a direction that we were not 100% comfortable with. From the selling perspective - When asking about what we needed to do to our house to make it "sellable" he said nothing. He didn't want us to put a lot of money into a home that the new owners would possibly just redo anyways. He was very clear about when we would be having someone into our home to look at it, and continued to follow up with us about how far along the process they were on their paperwork and if there was anything else we needed to do or sign. His communication during all points of this was impressive. From the buying perspective - We were very clear about what our budge was and he stuck to that. He found us homes that fit the exact criteria that we were looking for and didn't try to up-sell us into a home that we weren't comfortable in our budget.
