Experiencia negativa: ZERO STARS! ZERO COMMUNICATION! ZERO OWNERSHIP! I went 25 days without hot water at a property managed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Despite repeated notices and video evidence, "management" failed to take ownership. On the 26th day, the plumber himself finally confirmed that the proper part was only installed that evening, directly contradicting management’s earlier statements. Sufficient accommodations were not offered. Under Florida law, hot water is an essential service. This company failed to cure it within the required timeframe, leaving me in an uninhabitable property and forcing me to break my lease. Steer clear of this company, and know your rights as a tenant.

Experiencia negativa: Bottom feeders Marilyn Gioffre cold calling expired listings....And when i did not take her call the first time, she calls back! I received 15 calls in a day. I did NOT CONSENT to being called. This is one of the companies that called me. And we have NO WAY of opting out of whatever list I landed on. This is my way of fighting back. 0 Stars. WE HAVE THE POWER TO FIGHT BACK. Edit 1: apparently they don’t read their reviews or put 2 and 2 together. I just received another call today. So annoying. I hope this review is seen by enough people.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris Skoff is a very knowledgeable and conscientious property manager. He takes the time to answer your questions thoroughly and treats your house like it’s his own. He is very responsive when you need him, and he knows his market very well. We worked with him during a hectic time in our lives, and he made us feel very well taken care of and helped relieve some of our stress. Experiencia fantástica: Sarah was an amazing agent. I started the process of selling my house on June 28th. She dropped by for a house visit and told me all the things I needed to fix to better market my home. I fixed all the things she recommended and then on Aug 12th we listed my property. I was very nervous about the listing price because I thought we listed it too low. Then she calmed me down and fully explained the whole process to me. That weekend we had over 25 home visits and by Aug 15th we had 20 offers for our home. Sunday night she called us and we went over the bids and then went into contract on our home on Aug 16th. 4 Days on the Market and our home sold for 11% higher than our listing price. She was amazing and a complete asset to us and Berkshire Hathaway. I loved working with her and wish she was able to help me find my home in California. She cant do that but went above and beyond and found us a great agent in California. Experiencia negativa: John Murphy continuously ignored an AC problem over the course of 1 and a half years broken 8 times. He refused to have the unit properly repaired and we were living with continuously having no AC for days at a time
