As soon as I contacted them and spoke to one of their acquisition managers, Rob Beeman, progress was already started. Patience, honesty, and understanding were virtues that stood out and only continued to grow more apparent through this transaction. I was communicated with as an equal which made this whole deal that much more impactful. My questions were responded to in a timely and professional manner, but clarifications were always available and without hesitation. This group, but speaking specifically in regard to Rob, handled everything with optimism and personality. This transaction felt "human"... like they truly meant to be there to help, not just gain another sale or customer. To think I found this investment groups information in an old pile of mail is absolutely insane. This is not one of those "cliche CASH-NOW for your property" companies. This one has heart and merit. Rare to find a business who has the customers best in mind over anything else but here we are. I would recommend this group to anyone searching to not just sell a property but work within a team that is effective with unmatched trust and care.

First of all the offer I got on my home was an insult, it was about what I paid for the house in 2011, this offer came at the peak of real estate costs in 2022 recently mind you. I can tell your associate wanted to put me in a high pressure sales situation by going to lunch after viewing my house which I declined. I made it clear I wasn’t interested in selling to them then, but I have been HARASSED constantly since. Countless emails, text messages, and now again today a voicemail. So you don’t communicate with each other, and obviously you don’t check public record because I SOLD MY PROPERTY IN APRIL. To a company that actually made me a very respectable offer and did all the work for me. But guess what, I responded to your automated emails, which I guess goes nowhere because I TOLD YOU I SOLD THE PROPERTY, and got the EXACT SAME EMAIL A WEEK LATER. Don’t deal with this company, they will insult your property, intelligence, and HARASS you because of their own laziness. I wish zero stars was an option.
