Experiencia fantástica: I have known Warren since childhood. We never ran in the same circles growing up but we were friends on Facebook. My wife and i decided that it was time to look for a bigger house toward the end of 2020. I thought of the people i knew who were in real estate and even though we never hung out in the past i remembered Warren being a great student, straight forward, and very knowledgable. I reached out to Warren and he met with us and took us through the process and made recommendations on how we could make improvements to the house to increase the value. Making improvements took time and Warran was EXTREMELY patient while we worked on the house over 2021. IN march of 2022 we worked with Warren to list our house and buy one as well.
