Experiencia fantástica: I'm just going to start off by saying it's a job in itself to find a good Realtor. There are many names floating around out there but please do yourself a huge favor and just go with Courtney. First of all, I came to her trying to talk out my thoughts and get her opinions and she took the time out to listen to me and help when we weren't even working together at that point. That conversation made me want to inmediately work with her! I had such a tight timeline as our landlord was selling the house but Courtney and her team went right to work. She had us all set up with the portal and got the ball rolling with an awesome, local lender, Sean. It felt like she got me right where I needed to be and it made me feel so much better seeing progress being made. The listings on the market were pretty scarce but I was so impressed and thrilled that Courtney was brining us off market opportunities. When we went under contract on our home, which happened to be an off market home, it was only 10 days after our first conversation! Courtney was in constant communication with me always letting me know what was happening and keeping me educated through each step. There were a couple times I asked if I had to done something and she already had it handled! I think the best part about working with Courtney was the fact that I always felt comfortable. Courtney is very focused and about her business but she also treats you like a good friend.
