Chris originally represented our family when we purchased our property, and from the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to understand what we wanted, looked out for us throughout the entire process, and genuinely cared about finding the right property for our family—not just closing a deal. Since then, Chris and his team have continued to manage our property, and our experience has been so positive that we’ve referred six of our closest friends and family members to him. That probably says more than anything I could write in a review. When you recommend someone to the people you care about most, you’re putting your own name behind them. Every one of those friends and family members has gone on to close on a dream property with Chris, and his team now manages those properties as well. Seeing the people we care about have the same great experience we did has only reinforced how fortunate we were to find him. Chris has become much more than our real estate agent or property manager. He’s someone our family trusts, someone we can call, and someone we know will always do his best to take care of the people we send his way. Experiencia fantástica: A Place We Love Returning To We absolutely love this holiday home! We have now stayed here twice, and we are already looking forward to returning next year. It has become a very special place for our family and, especially, for our grandchildren. We bring our grandkids with us, and they look forward to coming back every year. They love the beautiful surrounding area, and we love knowing that we are staying somewhere that feels safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This last visit, the grandkids ran into the house and excitedly said, **“I’m in my happy place!”** And honestly… **me too!** ❤️ There is something so special about returning to a place where you can slow down, spend quality time together, and create memories that will last a lifetime. This home has become part of our family traditions, and we are so grateful for all the wonderful memories we have made here. White Sail Reality ae so easy to work with - and so flexible- last year our granddaughter left her soap bag and they text me and kept it in their office until we could retrieve. **We can’t wait to come back next year and make more memories together!** ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This vacation rental is an absolute gem. Our family lived here for nearly six months as our home was being renovated and we couldn’t have been happier. Great location close to so many things like shopping restaurants, grocery stores and coffee (and of course the beach) Our teens enjoyed using the hot tub and pool table and made s’mores on our private patio that included a lounge area with fire pit. Such a great floor plan with stunning views of the water from every room! It’s beautifully furnished and was well-stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. My husband and I loved sitting on the upper deck to watch the amazing sunsets and water views, even catching glimpses of fish jumping out of the water. Chris the property manager was unparalleled with his customer service and responded so quickly to things we needed during our stay. We definitely would love to stay here again so hopefully my review doesn’t diminish our chances at another booking! Thanks for the amazing hospitality Chris and White Sail Realty!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time at ‘Seas the fun’ in Balboa! Best part about our stay, the location. Located right next to the fun zone, ferry and the pier, you are right in the action of everything. You don’t have to fight for parking, you can just explore and have fun. As a mama to 5, this was such a perk as we could literally walk everywhere! The house was clean and as my teen daughter said ‘has the most comfiest beds she’s ever slept in’. Lots of towels, shampoo, sand toys and a boggy board too! I loved being able to hang out on the porch in the morning and the balcony at night. Another wonderful thing about this place is the awesome host. I had some issues with my bank releasing funds prior to our stay and Ryan at White Sails (the host) was so accommodating and patient with me as I worked through it all with my bank. Then upon arrival, I had quick question I asked via text and Chris (the owner of White Sails) came over himself to welcome us and answer all questions. We felt extremely welcomed and cared from the very start of our trip. They were very responsive the rest of our stay as well and extremely easy to get ahold of if we needed them. The care we received from white sails was top notch and they are just all around a great team to work with. I cannot recommend this spot more to anyone looking to get away for a beach trip. We are a family of 7 and we slept very comfortably in this home. The pool table in living room was such a fun thing for my kids and we just loved everything about this house!

Ofcourse the entire house is bright and welcoming and with The floor to ceiling windows facing the beach the view is incredible! Every evening we sat outside, lit up the fire-pit and enjoyed people watching. One family said as they walked by that it’s the best house on the beach! We agree! PS We even witnessed a marriage proposal one night ( she said YES)

Experiencia negativa: When I tell you to stay far away from this “real estate establishment” I really mean it. My roommates and I lived at one of their rentals and had the worst experiences with them. Here’s a few: They would NEVER reply to us unless we all bombarded them with messages, never pick up the phone either. They would wait SO LONG to respond to maintenance requests. The realtor we were specifically assigned to stopped working for them, never told us, yet continued to text us about the property when the other realtors told us she wouldn’t. One of the most unprofessional things they did- mis-charged us rent one month and tried to get us to pay an extra $400!!!!! I literally had to correct them and all they had to say was “oops you’re right.” They didn’t tell us our property was INFESTED with mold before we signed the lease so we’re probably will forever have bacteria and chemicals in our lungs now. They had neighbors on the street that would spy on us and send messages to our realtor so she could try and get us in trouble. They took 21 days to send us back our security deposit when the national time limit for them is 21 DAYS. We had to message them over ten times for the status of our deposit with little to no response until I had to call them multiple times. Lastly, they lied to us and said we wouldn’t have to pay for the deep cleaning and carpet cleaning fee at the end of move out but guess what- it’s on our charge invoice! This was the worst group of the MOST unprofessional “real estate agents” ever. Go to Burr white or somewhere else instead literally anywhere else- they’ll literally try and scam you like they did to us.

It was our first time at the "stay-cation" experience at the beach and Lori was fantastic. Thank you Lori and we look forward to next year when we will bring more of our relatives and friends to share in the experience.

We stayed in Groundswell Unit B I’ve rented homes all over and White Sail goes beyond with the service they provide. I was looking for a rental for my anniversary and was having trouble due to Covid-19. White sail responded quickly to my request and I was able to spend my anniversary in a beach front home. The place was amazing and clean, it had everything you need for a beach getaway, no need to bring anything, they even had beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a few beach games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and even a blender for a morning smoothie, the place also had a BBQ grill which was the cherry on top especially grilling with an amazing view of the park and beach in the background. Place had a reserved parking spot and everything is within walking distance including restaurants, retail stores, bars, balboa pier and even bike and scooter rentals. Thank you for an amazing weekend and for thinking of all the little details including the bucket with a beach ball and a sand shovel. The most amazing part was the door lock, it had a key code lock so you don’t have to worry about keys. Thank you Pam & Lori you made it super easy.

Experiencia fantástica: The booking process could not have gone smoother. Lori was able to find the perfect unit for my son, daughter-in-law and their two young children. It is on the boardwalk like we wanted with a playground right outside, and also near the Fun Zone and ferry to Balboa Island. Once we knew the exact dates we were able to book directly online and speak with her the next day to confirm the booking. Thank you Lori!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at 304 E Oceanfront. The location is perfect. Direct beach access from the rear patio. The house recently underwent a complete remodel and is beautiful. From the hardwood and tile floors to the comfortable furnishings both inside and outside the attention to detail was very evident. The open floor plan allows for good views from anywhere on the ground floor. High end appliances round out a very workable kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor each with it's own bath. The master bedroom is incredible. It is large, bright and airy with an extremely comfortable bed and a working gas fireplace. The master bathroom is right out of HGTV. It has a large spa tub and a large shower with a rain head and body spray. The people of White Sail took care of every detail. Calls were answered promptly questions and problems were dealt with immediately. There was a problem with the oven not heating and they had a repairman there in Friday afternoon and he came back with the new part on Saturday and the oven was repaired. The entire White Sail team is professional and no detail too small. Thank you all. I almost forgot about the 2 car garage. It is an absolute godsend.with the limited parking available.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend and I rented this place out for a few days and it was amazing. A perfect combo of comfort and style inside and out. We loved that the kitchen had dishes and there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away so we were able to make a several meals there which was so nice. Honestly after a few days I forgot we didn’t live there because we had both become so comfortable there. Definitely can’t wait to spend another week here!!! We also love how close you are to the beach!!! An all around excellent place to vacation!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't typically leave reviews but I had such a great experience with Lori over at White Sail Realty that I had to let everyone know how great they were. I currently reside in Newport Beach and back in November, my townhouse flooded due to a busted pipe. It was the most stressful situation walking into my home while water poured thru the second floor into my dining room. After living out of a hotel for two weeks, I knew I needed a more permanent living situation to ride out the renovations. While scouring the web for short-term winter rentals, I came across a small beach cottage with an ocean view just down the street from my current residence. I contacted White Sail Realty immediately and left a message. About 15 mins later, I got a phone call from Lori. Her upbeat attitude and willingness to help me, immediately put my mind at ease. I filled her in on my situation and she completely understood how stressed out I was and promised me that she would handle everything. I could not say enough nice things about how she extended her hand in my time of need. Lori informed me that the rental I inquired about had just been rented but she promised that she would find me something immediately. A couple hours later she sent me an email with similar listings in my price range and even took the time to call me to see if I had any questions. Mind you this was over Thanksgiving break and which typically would have been tough to lock down a rental due to people not working over the holiday. She found me an amazing beach cottage with ocean views and right in my price range. We locked it down immediately and I couldn't have been happier. My mind was immediately put at ease due to the fact that I knew I would have a permanent place to rest my head for the next month. Lori also allowed me to check in a day early and a day late. She always responded to my calls, emails and texts within a couple hours and I truly appreciated the type of customer service that she provided. She never let me feel like I was being a burden and treated me like I was her favorite child. Do yourself a favor and contact Lori at White Sail Realty if you're looking a great family vacation with amazing views. Five stars to her and the team!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I stayed at the 1906 W. Oceanfront property and it was amazing! It was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need for cooking a meal. I really liked that linens and towels are included, as I've stayed at other vacation rentals where you have to bring your own. We're a family of four (2 kiddos, ages 3 and 5) and it was plenty of space. My husband and I even talked about there being enough room for another family! We were enjoying a "staycation" and were able to have some family over for a beach day and nobody felt cramped. I was a bit worried about the noise level when I saw that we were right on the boardwalk but that was not an issue at all! We can't wait for our next rental from White Sail!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi there my Name is Heather Marianna. I am writing a review on the Tickled Pink house in Newport Beach. It was perfect, clean and right ON THE BEACH. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking needs, the bathroom and bedroom and a nice size the patio is perfect to sit outside and eat. I would recommend this place 1000%. Internet and cable worked fine, tv is a great size and the couch is perfect size for two people to lay and watch a movie. Lots of places to eat right down the road and honestly its prob my face vacation rental ive ever booked, The staff is friendly and Lori even got me into the VIP lounge at south coast plaza which was great since I had to check out for a quick turn around, was not rushed out tho at all, I enjoyed some coffee on the patio while they cleaned. I would recommend this place anytime, perfect for a nice getaway alone or with a few other close friends.

We were 2 families, the place was super clean, fully equipped, comfortable beds, every room had a bathroom and just a short walk to the beach. It felt like home. Totally recommended!

Experiencia negativa: I stayed in one of their units off of Seashore drive in Newport Beach. At first glance the unit was nice and cute however when we took a closer look at the house it was filthy. The blinds, window seals, screens were layered with dirt. The screens are so bad you cant even see through them. The ceiling fan blades in each room where caked with dust. The corners under the table were full of dust and debris. There were brown grunge spots throughout the home. If you have allergies I would not recommend this home. We are lucky we live close to the rental property so I was able to get my husbands inhaler. They also told us we would be the only ones in the property the first night and that was not true either.

Experiencia negativa: Julia Morton was our point of contact through White Sail Reality for a 9 month winter rental in Newport Beach. My roommates and I all signed a contract. Over the course of a month and a half, we emailed, called, texted, and visited the realtor office to get in contact with Julia and to move forward with the process. There was no response. She informed us that our lease fell through about two and a half weeks before our scheduled move in date. My three roommates and I still do not have a place to live. I believe Julia Morton can be an excellent realtor, but she does not check and respond to emails in a timely manner. She relies on an online system to keep track of her properties.

Experiencia negativa: Truly disappointed in this realty company. Myself and all three of my roommates signed a lease and received a confirmation on it. We had been trying to contact our realtor for several weeks but she had ignored all of our messages. Due to the lack of communication one of our roommates went in person to the office and one of the realtors assured us that our contract looked like it was in good shape. Just a couple of weeks before we were going to move in Julia contacted us making claims that our contract was never admitted, although each of us had received email confirmation upon signing. This left us all out of home with no apologies or response.

Experiencia negativa: Worst service ever. Do NOT go to them for real estate rentals or sales. They do not rent to people with dark skin color. They are completely racist and biased against cultures of other backgrounds. Julia and her team are quite the same when it comes to honesty. They lack it. After reading the owners response, it just provides more than enough proof for all the viewers and anyone reading their comment, that they are ignorant bigots. Your response is very immature and I don’t know how in such a wonderfully situated community, that your realty company even if thrives in my area. I was born and raised in Balboa. Own a business here. How is it that the realty board allows you to operate in such a well connected city? I was trying to rent a home there for $4900 a month. That isn’t even the salary of some of the employees that answer your phones at your place. Before you throw rocks this way, you should really figure out how to fix the issues with people that make this community, rather than be combative and ignore it online with lies and weird responses. I will find a place for my vacation rental on the coast without you, but you will not be able to get rid of this review or the incompetent staff.
