They will meet you where you are - if you want/need to sell a house (in my case as part of a divorce) and are not putting any repairs in it, that's okay. They were realistic and honest (as always) - they gave us their prediction and were pretty much right on the mark. The most recent house they sold for us went for $30K over asking. Why? Because they know what they are doing! I cannot say enough good things about the Kawohl Team.
