Experiencia fantástica: 2 years ago Pete knocked on our door saying he would like to sell our house. At that time we had no intention of moving but we kept his card anyway. When we decided to move out of state I dug us his card and gave him a call. Pete came to our house for an estimation. We planned on moving out mid October. Pete said he would have a better shot at selling in September, a month earlier. We took his advice. He also directed us to empty the house of our belongings and to "make it sparkle" (do a deep cleaning). We took all his advice. Within just 2 days we had several offers. Pete was very confident so I wanted to give him the house he wanted to sell and it worked. Also, the thing that we were most happy with was the wording on the marketing materials. We manicured a Prairie Garden and had an overgrown back yard. But we did that on purpose and wanted the future owners to appreciate it. Pete but together a beautiful paragraph highlighting the nature surrounding the house. He also ensured the bird feeders were full while it was on the market and we were out of town. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone else.

Pete helped us sell our townhome and purchase our current home in 2020. He is so knowledgeable with the different financing. We were told by a different realtor that Veterans financing is so difficult not to try it. We asked Pete if he had experience with Veterans financing or is it to difficult. He immediately let us know it was not and he would be happy to help with the process. Then we had a 2nd home to sell (different circumstances) . We were wondering how we were going to sell it.
