Experiencia negativa: Even though the guy was knowledgeable. The properties were not of even decent standard! We went to one property and the outside looked horrible. We didn’t even go inside. The real estate agent in the front was knowledgeable, but the properties are of bad quality. They also have a $5 key deposit which is very telling I guess
Experiencia negativa: While I am new to this reality scene, I have to say I was dissapointed today in the service I recieved. I had planned to rent a apartment paid applicationfees brought the money for everything, although I disliked the area I was to reside in I was told I could not change properties for another rental, and being said I decided to rent it and move from there asap. and was told they will not rent it to me if I cant fulfil the year lease agreement. I had made a statement of not onna live there long, I have better tastes and safer needs to waste my time in a neighborhood as that was, so, I lost application fee, apartment option for the statement I made saying as much thats I can not reside there, I would rather reapply for another rental better place, was told they would not rent to me. I found this offensive, that being said, none of their propeties are in high demand and or of a safe enviroment. they know this, yet now I am stuck trying to find a place to move to in the next 2 days.. I was in lack of better word, pissed...

Experiencia negativa: Slumlords. Awful, awful, awful. Please for the love of GOD so not rent from them unless it is your last resort. I have lived in 2 units and seen multiple others they have. The houses and apartments are barely standing. Most of the a/c and or heaters are ancient and barely functioning, every single unit they own or lease out are filled to the brim with roaches and they know it. They put in their contracts that they will not do any pest control and it’s the tenants responsibility because they know they’ll go broke if they actually spent the money to Mae their units worth anything. Either no insulation, leaky windows and/or doors, showers that are falling apart, the most disgusting a/c you’ll ever see (if you’re lucky to even get one), heaters that look like they could blow at any time, electrical outlets that were slightly repaired so when you plug something in they fall out of the walls, super thin walls that if you lean against will either start cracking or you will fall through, then the opposite; solid concrete walls that you couldn’t drill into if you asked hulk himself to help, and if your lucky; you’ll get all of them combined! Honestly I could keep on going with all the problems that they half fixed. Don’t get me started on their maintenance people. Either they’re a foreigner that doesn’t understand common decency and will just use the spare key to just walk into our home after a single light knock (that they just have to have and you can’t change the locks), or they’re the most incompetent maintenance men you’ve ever seen and can only do a good job if you stare at them while they do what their repairing because they, “repaired everything perfectly before yall moved in”. Please for the love of EVERYTHING don’t rent from these people. Please. I don’t know you and I’m literally begging you. Please take heed

Experiencia negativa: The white guy and the white ladies were completely racist and disrespectful. I came in nicely with respect with everything that I needed. They made it a problem like I couldn’t afford it even when I made the amount in a week the older black lady was nice to me she tried to help. She got me approved after she got me approved and she called me to come in to pay the money And hang over my service dog papers. the white guy and women were being completely rude to her. The white man did his hardest to make it to where I couldn’t get my key. first, it was oh the Service verification paperwork for the dog wasn’t right then it was oh, I need his shot records. then it was oh, I need your employer information. It wasn’t on the paystub and after all that he then proceeded to say that he need more paystub’s now. Knowing that I had already been approved and that he would call me tomorrow afternoon to pick up my key and he was completely rude to me and several other tenants while I was there. On top of route to his staff, this man deserves what God gives him. They need to shut this business down ASAP because the way they treat their tenants ain’t right
Experiencia negativa: Definitely wouldn't recommend all the employees are grouchy with attitudes the guy that's in there I really think low key discriminate because a black lady called and she must of sounded different on the phone but then when she came in to verify who she was and the place she were looking to get his attitude and demenour automatically changed there policy doesn't make sense you have to make a $1,000 dollars a week is crazy not everybody has that type of good job even though I make the money but what about those who get paid every two weeks like I do but because they check how much you gross instead of net pay and don't make a 1,000 a week I didn't qualify
Experiencia negativa: They send me letter get out in 30 days I had been sick he calls me a lier I lost everything I had get a storage unit to put my clothes and stuff I really wanted to keep.i.am so hurt and I am 69 got a lot of health problems he told me they was upgrade the house now it repairs I lost stuff meant the world that I will never get back he don’t need to work there he have to face jesus one day see how money hungry he is told me if I wanted a walk in shower put it in my self and if I wanted tree cut down do that my self I lived there 40 years it not his house someone own it they better wake up because they will never find someone like me to stay that long my husband passaway he didn’t even say he was sorry I was anyone looking for a house i by pass them they are meen as a snake .Joann Johnson wrote this
Experiencia negativa: Disappointed in the service. Older black lady here was very nice, would listen and try to help. Skinny Caucasian lady was very rude, very short and wouldn't listen to a unique situation presented. (Gatekeeper behavior.) Lost a guaranteed good paying tenant.
Experiencia negativa: If you live in North carolina High Point and you looking for a place to rent please do not rent with atlantic realty and property management because you will regret i promise you , The owner is very rude, disrespectful, mean, and everyone who works with him are rude,disrespectful and mean too and they love taking people to court but don’t know how to fix they properties damages ♀️please do not rent with them because you will regret it

Experiencia negativa: They gave me 10 days to move in August didn't give me time to get my stuff out and charged me for September rent. before they went in and ransacked the place looking for anything of value I went back with a crew to move my stuff nobody wanted to move it due to it already being tampered with they expect you to tell they are slum lords. I left everything how in there that had been touched they even flipped the bed over and took the cushions out the couch before I could go in a move my things don't rent from them this was my first place make you not want to rent from nobody in high point......Contact the attorney General if they try to slander your name if you go to a different rent office and they have heard about you that's illegal sue for slander and falsifying information record everything from your first day to the say you go back to move your stuff out they will do anything for money keep your documentation don't let slum lords win

Experiencia negativa: Calling the owner/staff disrespectful is an understatement. Out of all my years renting different properties from different agencies I’ve never been talked to the way these people do. They are all about money. My house has black mold everywhere. Just spoke with fox 8 news about having coverage on this issue.
Experiencia negativa: I've stayed here 3 years with the same landlord don't get me wrong being able to sign a piece of paper and wait till the end of the month sometimes to pay your rent it's a great thing all landlord should do that but this man he likes to go on your home when you're not there and he don't want to fix it he's seeing people out to do past jobs that's my opinion so today I'm going to write them one I wish I could be zero
Experiencia negativa: Called to let them know Id be a day late with my rent due to transportation issues. No problem. Get there to pay this morning and told I owe $151 court fine for being late. I called Guilford Co Clerk of Court--nobrecord of court papers filed. Cindy lied. I called back and all she could say is "well we've filed Now!" So that's admission they refused my payment and lied just to get extra money from me.BEWARE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff is very professional and personable. The application process was simple and my lease was well explained. Any time I have contacted them with a maintenance request they have been responsive. I couldn't be more pleased with a landlord!

Atlantic Realty's expertise and its team of maintenance professionals made property repairs simple. Special note to Cam Cridlebaugh who was available via phone, text or email when I needed information or just reassurance. Atlantic Realty would be my first choice when looking for a property management company in the High Point area.

Experiencia negativa: I've been renting with this company about 3 months and can tell that they're not concerned nor are they bothered with making repairs. I'm waiting on a repair from when I moved in. It's always the blonde hair very smug acting lady that always pretends to write a work order... Must be invisible ink in the pen. And can't say what their prodical is for repairs which means I can't give you a specific time... The time seems to NEVER come anyway!
Experiencia negativa: My mom and me went to see a apartment they had Available. And we liked because it was a quiet neighborhood to live at. Plus it was closer to her job. Then she when back to the office to give the lady the key back to put in the application for the apartment and she told my mother that she was under qualified for the apartment. The lady was wrong for telling work people that they under qualified just because they are trying to pay bills on time.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at the Atlantic Realty property Station Bay in Duck and had a phenomenal stay. The house was amazing...a ton of space and amazing views. The check in and check out process was super easy. Even though there were 5 adults and 2 kids, we never felt cramped or wanting for space. The open layout of the top floor was perfect for conversation and cooking. Ann-Marie, the concierge, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was in a great spot for pretty much everything and the views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here.

Experiencia negativa: My honest review of Atlantic Reality and Property Management is that they are not the best people to rent houses from. They are old houses that have not been kept up with. Although it is true, you get what you pay for. The people at the office are very rude even when you’re talking polite. You call about a problem on going at the house, and get an attitude from the person you’re speaking to. :)

Since I have been living my house I have had some major issues occur. I was treated fairly and all the problems were resolved in a timely manner. Experiencia positiva: Been with them for 10 years+ they just want their money. They barely take care of their properties, and they can be very rude in the office. On the flip side they are very easy to rent from. Just hope you don't have to make a maintenance call.

Experiencia negativa: This rental property is very unprofessional. They don’t keep there rental properties up to code. Our house that we rent is falling down. Nothing has been done to replace the bathroom, kitchen which includes plumbing and the heating system does not work. I would not recommend this business to anyone, PERIOD! The owner is rude so yes I told him to go to hell!
Experiencia negativa: This property management company truly SUCKS the owner at the front office is very very disrespectful. They put my property out and refused to tell me where MY stuff was. Their apartments are so raggedy and their houses always have mold and roaches in them. Their apartments are old, raggedy and ran down they just paint over everything to cover up the raggedy mess. I didn’t get my security deposit back even when my lease was up and I left probably because they wanted to use my money to fix up the apartment. Took them to court to take out a lawsuit to get my property back. The owner of this company should be replaced he is VERY rude,blunt and disrespectful, doesn’t have respect for ANYBODY and doesn’t know how to talk to people especially black people.their lazy, sometimes don’t care for the problems in your home, I recommend nobody do business with them, there places are cheap yes but always remember your going to get what you pay for “quality over quantity.”
Experiencia negativa: Horrible management company! The office manager is just as ran down as the homes they leave vacant for months at a time! The crew that "cleans" the homes show up obnoxious, loud, and shirtless ..not to mention they look like addicts.

Experiencia negativa: They are quick to add fees and slow or non respondant when it comes to fixing things. My friend has lived in one of their apartments with a broken window for two years. One time she went without air conditioning for one month!!! They are the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Shame on them for looking down at the hispanic population after they made a lot of money out of them.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a resident at this undisclosed property for 16 years with the transition of different property owners I started making my payments with Atlantic Realty in 2013 The Employee Mr Criedlbough Stated to Me That He was The "Owner" Of The Property..After Being At This Resident For 16 Years The Home Started Falling Apart Repairment wise.. Cabinet, Bathroom, Wall in Bedroom, Molding, Air Conditioner Space Dry Rotten Wall, Liquid Started Leaking Down the Walls Which Caused More Damages Dry Rotten And Moldening, Mr. Criedlbough Handymans Painted Over The Walls & Molding Because the workers was given orders by the company and Mr. Criedlbough that he wasn't going to fix nothing Nails Sticking Out The Carpet, And Cabinets .Pavement Started Cracking Splitting Apart On The Sidewalk, Shortage in The Electrical Outlets Throughout The Resident Knocking Lights Out When You Plug Something Up I Personally Called Mr. Criedlbough He would Get Very Rude And Say He WILL NOT REPAIR ANYTHING AND THREATENED TO THROW Me OUT .. After Calling The Company Over A Dozen Times He Will Put His Secretary On The Phone To Keep From Communicating with the tenant when he do pick up the phone he will threaten to throw you out for asking to fix anything after complaining to Quality Control Atlantic Reailty Sent Out Unidentifiable Handy Mans ...I have proof on video where his employees was complaining about Mr. Criedlbough lll As Well Another Event Took Place I was inside my home With my door locked Mr Credlebough lll Unlocked My Door With A Office Key Came Inside Without Knocking Nor Ringing The Doorbell He Came in Walked Through My Resident Without Permission When I confronted him about the incident He said " I don't have to answer to NO ONE This is His Resident". In November 16 I received a letter from hpha saying to come and collect my new voucher because Atlanta Realty is No Longer is Gonna Do Repairs.. And The House Failed A Dozen Inspections also It's Dwelling Condition and Atlantic Realty Forced Me To Move Out I contacted the company asking how long do I have to move the secretary said as quickly as possible Fast Forwarding to July 17th 2017 I had to take illegal action Because Mr. Criedlbough lll Withheld My Security Deposit for $600.00 After Following Through The Lawsuit The Judge Explained To Me That Atlantic Realty is A Private Company They DO NOT OWN ANYTHING they just manage the property This Company Had My Updated Address And Phone Number And Didn't Send Me Anything . But All My Lease Information etc. Mr Criedlbough Claims To Be The Owner Of The Home Which he is Not The Home Was Never Damaged out of the entire 16 years I resided in this resident And I have proof of that when I returned the keys in like I was instructed to do by hpha I asked the secretary to give me a note saying I turned in my keys ain a decent amount of time the secretary said "No we can't do that ". I also asked the staff to investigate the house to make sure everything is fine when I moved out they abandon the house in a bad neighborhood damage was done . When I went to court Mr. Criedlbough Said I Did it which is not true he also stated things was stolen from the resident which wasn't true my new home came with the items he said was missing not only this company stolen from me but put a bad effect on my character!

Experiencia negativa: I called Saturday and spoke to someone about my friends apartment (she doesn't speak English well) Their air conditioning went out. The man said there isn't anyone to deal with emergencies on the weekend...only property damage. Called Monday during business hours and told the man about the problem. He said there would be somebody to fix it today...that was 5 hours ago and now they are closed. Nobody showed up and no one called so my friend won't be able to sleep again tonight. I have dealt with many reality companies before that were professional and seemed to care...well this agency is the exact opposite. They are taking advantage of people less fortunate and just want to collect rent money but not take care of their properties or tenants. I would advise to rent properties from another company.

Experiencia negativa: Tree fell from there property damaged my fence and they refuse to fix it. One of there people flat out Told me was not going to fix it.. That it was on me and was that they would not turn it into there insurance company So sad that a company won't be responsible for there own properties. Let alone someone else's.
