Experiencia negativa: This company took over at my apartment complex and when I say, I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. A blind deaf and mute person could have ran the office better than the folks working in there ( There was only one lady that I would say had any sort of professionalism And was actually nice) Just living their best life, not answering phones or fixing problems around the complex. If you ever see the name, Wellington, I would suggest run far away and find somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: This company is terrible! The people they hire at the properties are terrible. I stay in WestWood Park Apartments. The leasing agent is RARELY ever here, the tenants are a mess and she is very rude and doesn’t care about the tenants. Her tenants have kicked my door in, they have harassed my 8 year old son, they have spit on us, they’ve done a lot. She is so indecisive and the apartments are rat, roach and other bug infested. They don’t care to fix anything and when asked to fix anything, they always have an attitude. The leasing agent Jessica doesn’t like to do her job and the way she communicates is very wrong! She’s okay with her tenants attacking my 8 year old son and “threatening to kill me and my children” when she has kids herself. That’s terrible management. She won’t move me to a different building, won’t fix the rat problem and I have been paying out of pocket for other services needed to prevent rats.

Experiencia negativa: This "management company" took over my apartment complex in April/May of this year and the experience so far has been deplorable. It is clear this company is only out for the profit of their clients and the safety of their reputation and not the residents they serve. To them, residents can be replaced. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of accountability and false advertisement provided since they acquired the property. I was told 2 days ago Id hear from a "regional manager", and havent. I have left a voicemail with the "main office", as well as inquired on their 'contact us' form, and am still only receiving communication from the property manager, who I don't trust to relay my messages. Instead of consistently acquiring new properties, TAKE CARE OF THE ONES YOU OVERSEE. Id like to amend my review by also saying that, conveniently, after I posted my negative review, their "employees" flooded Google with positive reviews. At least 10, in one day. Thats just a shady and dishonest business practice. Cant answer phone calls or emails, or tend to the properties you manage, but can post your own good reviews? Laughable.

Experiencia positiva: In general we are very happy at our apartment in Sunscapes Myrtle Beach . But we've had an ongoing problem with the cable service that we have to have . It's Dish cable that uses a Wally Box. We've been leasing here since May of 2024 and the service has not worked once. I have traded out the box 5 times but still nothing. I've called the customer service number but they have never been able to fix the issue and no real reason has been given . We have to stream because otherwise we'd have no TV service at all. This costs us plus the cost of the Wally box and that's a lot. I've spoken to many other residents who have the same issue and they're equally frustrated. It's like having to pay for valet trash but the trash never gets picked up ( that's an analogy the valet trash is fine and reliable) There's other cable companies in our area that could be used and are easy and reliable. I feel ripped off paying for this every month Shelly Whitlow

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT EVER RENT FROM ANY PLACE USING THIS COMPANY! They used bait and switch tactics as well as false advertising and misleading promises to secure us into a lease. Then were nasty when we tried to resolve the inconsistencies between what we were promised in a SAVED voice message, email and rental application versus the altered lease. We have so much documentation and they still would not budge. They also were aware of a disgusting german cockroach infestation in homes that cost upwards of $3500 a month to live in. Absolutely appalling. If I could give a negative star I would.

Experiencia negativa: Just a quick warning to anyone that is trying to rent a property with Wellington Advisors. This company will act like they are your friend and they are glad to have you. You will walk away with PTSD, anger, and a general fear of landlords. They treat people horrible and will change your lease without any prior notice. They also have no logistics skills. Oh, and roaches DO NOT MOVE TO REYNOLDA MANOR OR KENNEDY MANOR. You have been warned.

Experiencia negativa: If I could write a negative number I would. Terrace Apts in Macon, GA has been run by different companies over the past two years. A fire started in my apartment because a pane had fallen out of the window and the sun reflected in a mirror in my apartment, which reflected onto a stack of papers on my desk, and it ignited! I've had three window panes fall out in the middle of winter. Blinds are broken, appliances are ancient (but the new black models being used for remodeling are ugly!). If it weren't a case of needing to pack up and move all over again I would, but I can't. I pay rent on time, and still, the building has been passed around like an orphan.

Experiencia negativa: There is something seriously shady going on with this company. All of the same conditions described here are and have been present at our CURRENT property (Scarlet Pointe in Charlotte); Wellington Advisors was the management company, then it was Concordia Properties for a few months, now it's First Communities. If you look them all up, you see very similar comments of how they treat the property and the renters.

Experiencia negativa: It is a disgrace how these folks have done me and if I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have even applied for an apartment. They say I need to make 3x the rent even though I’m on disability and SSI AND have Section 8. How? How is that possible? In what world can you make 3x ANY rent on disability-SSI- and Section 8? So I was telling the lady at the complex if I had known that I wouldn’t have even applied so kindly refund me my money. She wouldn’t. So now I’m out of $50 for an apartment I had no chance of getting anyway.

Experiencia negativa: I just recently moved out of an apartment owned by Wellington and boy oh boy do I have horror stories. First off when we moved in nothing was put together correctly our bedroom door for example wasn't even on hinges. Maintenance wouldn't fix anything so we had to do it ourselves.the building was also infested with cockroaches and we had to deal with that. Our smoke detectors never worked and when they did their "quarterly inspection" where they were supposed to check and fix them they never did. We had an outlet short circuit and start sparking and it took days for them to come fix it. Our stove short circuited and caught fire and the fire extinguisher didn't work and was FIVE YEARS EXPIRED. We called maintenance and they blamed us. So not only did we have to fight a fire that didn't set off the detectors but we had to fight it with a extinguisher that didn't work. Now that we moved out they are giving false references to new apartments that we are looking for that isn't even in the same state. They lied and said we didn't have rental insurance when I have proof that we do. This place is shady and honestly horrible I'd rather live in my car than live in an apartment that these guys own. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything they own

Experiencia negativa: From the Arlington West/Pecan Grove apartments in Greenville, NC bought April 2022 by Wellington Advisors: SOMEBODY NEEDS TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE !!!The Wellington Advisors group obviously are scam artists that go around looking to buy properties just to heap up money and leave. Lease agreements are not ready, maintenance don’t do jobs correctly if at all leaving safety hazards, throwing low income people out and raising rent ridiculously high for already dilapidated properties and they do sneaky, underhanded things that make you pay more fees. They are money hungry, unprofessional leeches that will surely reap what they’ve sown.

Experiencia negativa: I been living at this property for 8 years Arlington West it was no problem's until they brought the property they came in took over kick people on section 8 out a lot of them are homeless now they raised rent to almost 1,000 dollars no job in Greenville pays that much for people to pay that much rent please don't move here at all save your money for a better place with better and respectful people they are money hungry and don't fix nothing any good reviews you see come from office staff not renters so do be fooled

Experiencia negativa: I lived in ashbrook village when I moved to Charlotte while looking for a new home. I moved out over 6 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit. I was told multiple times that the check was being processed and would be going out soon. Over six months now and still no check. Judging from the other 1 star ratings, I will probably never see it. Btw, the apartments were nothing close to what they showed on line. I questioned it the day I moved in and was told I didn’t ask for a renovated one. I stated the website showed newly renovated, not some newly renovated. I complained to the upper managers about it being false advertising and that I was going to reach out to the BBB and the next day the website was changed to renovations ongoing. Staff was poor, did not return calls and altogether incapable of resolving the constant issues with the property. I would not recommend these property managers to anyone looking to rent. I will update if I ever receive my deposit.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT THAT IS OWNED BY THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! Cedar Ridge apartments in NC was bought out by Wellington in the summer of 2021 and it’s went downhill on sooo many levels! The staff is NEVER in the office. I almost get surprised at this point if I see a car in front of the office. I’ve called 8 times since last week for maintenance and haven’t had so much as a callback! You have to leave a voicemail any time that you call because no one ever answers the phone! The complex looks HORRIBLE now! Trash all around, it’s absolutely embarrassing to even have company over because you have to explain what they’ll see as they come in to get to your apartment! My lease is up this month and still have not received a letter with the new rate will be if I stay which I should have received at least 30 days prior to my lease ending date! I’ve called and left voicemails about this as well and STILL NO CALLBACK! I tried to call the number listed for Wellington in hopes that maybe they could help since the on-site office itself never responds and it gives you some weird loop message and you can’t get to a live person! If I could give it ZERO STARS I would!

Experiencia negativa: I live in Nevins place Apartments and this apartment complex is by far the worst I have ever lived at! They do not I mean Will NoT fix anything. In 2020 my apartment flooded no one came to get the water up we had to do it! After time went on I realized that my kids kept getting sick and it was because it’s mold in my apartment especially in the venting system. I have been reaching out to them for about 6mths now for them to fix the issue and nobody has fixed the problem yet. I could say a lot more about this company but that could take all day! I’ve sent certified letters, emails and pictures and still no solution to the problem . Nobody is ever in the office or the corporate office either! They are sickening to say the least! Do NOT MOVE HERE!! WARNING!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: This property is going downhill fast. Not sure if lack of management, neglect or budgets but for an apartment complex fairly new it lacks amenities , attention to detail and management is very causal when it comes to addressing concerns. The trash situation is all around unacceptable and an ongoing problem. Trash left outside of apartments for days , only one trash receptacle for the entire community that is disgusting to say the least , breezeways are dirty .This complex and the management of this property do not reflect nor justify the money it costs to live here. Has had several management companies take over and things are getting worse. Someone has to take charge and actually come out of the office to help improve this apartment complex.

Experiencia negativa: I Moved into Scarlet Pointe apartments I signed my lease 11/11/2021 the first place they showed me for 975 had paint everywhere and was supposed to be moved in ready it was not still needed painted. The Ladies in the office are rude and don't answer the phone they had me call for 1 weeks to get gas service for a all electric unit. They then moved me to a new unit that does not have heat and they won't fix it my power goes out I had to buy heaters and to top it off the or blew my 65 inch TV when it went out. I called the emergency hotel line and still no one has came out I have a dish washer u can't run because its not hooked up had to call someone to come fix the power and I paid 2500 to move in rent is 1100 a month smh. I should have known seeing All that empty apartments this was a bad move.I called the wellington office and was told they were about to close mind you my windows don't lock. Its cold out side And I have haters to stay warm or stay at my sisters.

Experiencia negativa: I have never had to write a review like this before. I don't know where to start. I was suppose to move in on the 27th of August. My apartment is not move in ready. This is trails corner apartments in Raleigh NC. My apartment has had no hot water, when I was told it was fixed checked and it was not. The renovations are poorly done, on move in day the light in the living room was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Toilet was not installed tipped over and almost crushed my toddler. The air only comes out through the living room vent. They only have one maintenance personnel who does the renovations and work order for the whole apartment complex. I tried to be understanding and asked for another apartment that was move-in ready that was ignored. I asked for a full refund and to be let out of my lease since they did not follow the agreement of giving me a move in ready apartment, I was told I would have to give them a 30 day notice and pay for two months rent and I forfeit my deposit. Wow I followed my end of the agreement, your company did not. Please stay away from this company and their properties they don't care about their renters once they have your money and your signed lease. UPDATE (September 29 2021) after calling their corporate office I did get a 400.00 credit this week because I had no hot water from August 27 to September 15.

Experiencia negativa: Chesney Woods Townhomes was recently bought by Wellington Advisors. Let me just say, what a joke! Dumpsters filled for weeks, trash everywhere, along with cockroaches, ants, bees, and etc. ALL over the trash cans and somehow making their ways closer to our homes, all because of that the trash. The neglect and getting a hold of anyone is absolutely impossible!

Experiencia negativa: Chesney Woods town homes was recently taken over by this pitiful company. Dumpsters filled for weeks, trash everywhere, an old swimming pool filled with stagnant water, mosquito nests everywhere and cockroaches because of that and the trash. Rent raised from $700 to $1000 in JUST ONR YEAR. There's water damage in my apartment due to THEIR neglect and getting a hold of anyone is genuinely impossible. I'm just one second away from taking legal action. I have 2 small children and this complex is simply becoming a health hazard and I'm sick of it.

Experiencia negativa: At all!!!! I’ve been living under this reality for three months and it’s very disturbing that there’s been issues with a lot of things. Trash pick up had gotten so bad that people had to haul their trash off themselves. No one is ever in the office during office hrs. You have to hunt them dwn every month to fix or adjust rent. Then even after talking to them and them agreeing to fix it, I still ended up paying over just avoid a late fee. I don’t know if they’re slumlords yet but this is definitely not anywhere near professional. It’s very GHETTO and it’s seems like it’s bootleg. The only positive reviews I’ve seen on here is from the employee and that’s probably because they get paid to not know to do absolutely nothing but ignore people and play hide and seek with the tenants ‍♀️ why SOUTHWOOD did us like this is beyond me but first appearances are everything and if it starts out like this I can only imagine how bad it will eventually be!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Slum lord management for slum lord owners. Will cut every corner and leave you in an unliveable condition of their own making for as long as they please until they find a $2 solution to crumbling infrastructure that solves nothing and creates more problems. If you like living amongst trash for the price of luxury, by all means, find a property managed by Wellington advisors. If you value your safety, sanity, and well being, do not. Also, they hire the lowest bidder out of a minimum of three bids for all repairs and we have been threatened verbally and physically by their contractors, who only do half of their jobs and then leave you with a door that has gaps so wide it might as well not exist at all. They will let you apartment flood for months and suggest you take it up with your renters insurance, which covers no such thing as preventable and proven necessary maintenance. They will let holes open in your floors and suggest that they simply "can't find someone to fix it" (for a price they approve of, of course). If you'd like to be the subject matter of the next slum based class action lawsuit, this is the property manager for you. Experiencia negativa: The apartments i have lived in for almost 8 yrs was purchased by wellington earlier this year. Since they took over, there is never anyone on site. The office is always closed & no voicemail set up for anyone to comtact you. To make matters worse, we have not had trash pick up in almost 2 weeks. All dumpsters are over flowing & trash is everywhere. It is completely unsafe & unsanitary. It is hot outside now & smells like a landfill when u go outside. I live close to a dumpster & its creating bugs & i saw a possum last night. I am disgusted & haven't dealt with anything like this in all the places i lived. Been living at Greenview Meadows since 2014 & have never been so disappointed. I have family coming in town in a few days for memorial day & have had to spend money for them to stay at a hotel because i do not want them coming to my home and seeing the mess that Wellington is allowing on the property.

This entire company has had issues with calling clients back. However, after 6 months my rent is FINALLY correct.

Experiencia negativa: Recently bought ashbrook village and has the most lazy and unprofessional office lady. I had to call wellington three times to get a maintence man to fix my air. I have a water spot on my wall that's been there since March 2020 and the property is constantly littered with trash and old rotten and broken furniture. I would ever advise anyone to rent from ashbrook village especially, but after seeing how neglectful wellington advisors is it makes sense. I even see that the owner has responded To someone with the same complaints as I have and they asked them to REMOVE THEIR REVIEW and other responses have frowns face emojis, !! THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE BY WELLINGTON EMPLOYEES. I have never seen such weird unprofessional mannerisms in a corporation.

Experiencia negativa: Most of this is specific to the property they just sold at Sparrows Bend in Hampstead but after further interactions with this company, I firmly believe all of the following. If you go to anyplace with Wellington advisors associated with it, turn around and walk out. Apartments look nice at first but upon further inspection are not worth the money they charge. Construction was rushed. When I moved in I had to spend at least an hour cleaning construction dust off of every surface. The covering over the floors wasn't cut properly which lead to rippling throughout the entire apartment. It doesn't feel like the carpet in the bedrooms was put down properly. You can feel where the screws are already backing themselves out through the carpet. The window in my master bedroom has had a leak the entire time I lived there. There have been 4 or 5 different managers in the front office. The turnover is so high that on more than one occasion I was threatened with eviction because I "had missed one month of rent.", even though in my file I had given them written permission to auto charge my card for rent. The problem was fixed but it was an unnecessary issue for a customer to have to deal with. I feel for anyone up there as their higher ups constantly leave them out to dry. The company was apparently sold and 1 less than 1 weeks notice was given to anyone who had autopay set up that autopay was shutoff. There was no reason given. The office good flooded with emails which lead to several emails and phone calls getting missed. Wellington Advisors is pure trash and easily one of the worst managed property companies I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. When I got a call from the regional manager. Pleasant to talk to but offered no results on except an “I’m sorry. You’ll have to take it up with the new owners who take over tomorrow, our books are closed.” Apparently Wellington advisors has 75ish properties between Va, NC, and SC, I would advise rented with them at your own risk. Company is pure garbage. Their ethics may be legal but are not in the renters interest. Renter beware.

Experiencia positiva: The management service for the MacArthur Landing Apartments offer very prompt responses to email inquiries and maintenance requests. Phones tend to get tied up or sent to Voicemail with only one manager on premises, which is the only downside that her employer don't seem to think she needs an assistant...or two. Either way, business is handled graciously and very professionally.

Experiencia negativa: They recently bought my complex. They raised the rent and every time I have something repaired, I have to wait. I turned in a request for many repairs back in December. It is July. Today I am waiting for the floor people to come and fix my kitchen floor. I was not communicated with by the apartment manager for arrival time, name of the company, or length of job. The company still isn’t here and it is now after noon. This isn’t the only time maintenance has not completed the job in a timely manner. The grounds are constantly littered and my son and I clean it by walking the grounds and picking up trash. It’s been reported but again, nothing is done. I could slap myself for signing a lease with them again.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible management of Kirkwood Place in Greensboro. Nonexistent in the office. Rare to return phone calls. A brand new property went downhill in less than two years. Bookkeeping was not a strong suit and employees were negligent in holding up their positions as property managers. With new management in place, past tenants are now paying for the mistakes of Wellington Advisors and their lack of professionalism. You may not manage it now, but you did. When the issues occurred. Experiencia negativa: Why would anyone want to rent from this Company and why are they Still in Business? The poor reviews out way the good ones and from my personal experience dealing with the corporate office is a joke. They are not in the business of helping anyone. Their staff is unprofessional and they display textbook ways of doing business. They lack what most good places of business have, Which is a personable touch! I have never heard of an establishment that controls the number of visitors that a resident can have. If that’s the case then build your facility with ample parking so that residents have the choice to let whom ever they want to come visit. My car was towed 30 mins after I came to visit and I was only visiting for a Hour and a half. My niece already had two guests so there was no way for me to get another “so called Pass” to park on a Sunday evening, as the front office is closed. There isn’t clearly stated visitors parking available either. It cost me $150 to get my car back for an hour and a half visit. All of this took place at Kings Quarters in Fayetteville, NC. I asked the corporate representative for reimbursement of my money and she was less than concerned with trying to help me. She had a fake attitude and didn’t even offer to look into the matter any further. I will tell anyone that is looking for an apartment. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are unprofessional and have no regard for their residents and their guests. My niece will not get me to visit there again and how sad it is that she has to pick and choose who can come to visit because they control parking like the corporate representative Lauren said. They get a zero rating and a double thumbs down from me :-(

Unfortunately, parking, for residents and visitors, has to be enforced rather strictly; otherwise, our residents will suffer. Experiencia negativa: I would avoid this company at all cost working and having them as a realtor. They owned the apartments I live in for a bit. Their staff is incompetent,lazy and just plain no good. All they know how to do is fire people. They're real good at not answering the phones and when u go visit, they stop u at the door. Very unprofessional. I gave them a check for rent cause our office staff said they handle it now, they lost it and then I was nice enough to replace it which I shouldn't had with a money order not my fault they lost it. The money order must be lost now cause it's been a week still not cashed. Take my advice avoid wellington advisors. These people are a joke. Their favorite saying is oh let me reach out to see what i can find out. Bunch a jokesters.

Experiencia negativa: I have had the unfortunate displeasure of living in one of their apartments for about 9 months now and I dread dealing with the office staff when something inevitably breaks. Which happens quite regularly, but it is not a surprise considering the terrible job this company does of maintaining their properties and hiring staff who can even perform the most basic of tasks listed in their job description. Recently they changed the stickers required to park in the complex, requiring residents to have a red parking pass to park in front of the complex. After making this change they failed to inform many of the residents, and out of the ones who did receive the notice, very few could actually receive the new parking pass as the staff is never present during office hours. Especially during their 3+ hour lunches diluting what little time they had to spend actually doing their job. This past weekend the towing company towed 13 of these unfortunate residents’ cars. In my case my family had recently purchased a car (Which now has $500+ in damage from the towing company) and just a few days ago received the registration which is required to receive the new parking pass. We attempted to contact the office numerous times to get the new parking pass, but no one is ever present to answer the phone or attend to office duties. Much of the time when someone is in the office the door is left locked making it impossible to speak with any of the office staff. Today I tried to complain but was referred to corporate, who referred me back to the office making a full loop and leaving me with no one to speak to.

They have yet to even fix it I had a neighbor who used to work in heating and air To look at it and was told that they are just being cheap to fix it anyone can see that it’s not working properly. On top of that I got an eviction papers and had to pay an extra 206 because they didn’t see my money order In the drop box I don’t have an extra 206 just to give out cause they can’t pay attention I work my but off to come home to a hot house and I am honestly tired of it

Experiencia fantástica: Working with this Management Company has been a pleasure from the beginning to the end. Quick to respond, and urgency to the details of what was needed to improve the property for all residents was admired. I have dealt with different people at different properties, and each one has seemed to care about getting the job done and quickly and efficiently. Many companies are unresponsive and seem to let the appearance of the property go downhill without a care.....Wellington Advisors is NOT that company and as long as they continue to put the people and the places they live at first.....they will continue to be recommended by me.

They recently took over Random Woods Apts. in Greensboro(Sept. 2018), and things were awful from the start. Their management staff is full of excuses. They change managers constantly because they can't take the steady flow of complaints about this dilapidated, rodent infested property. All the previous maintenance staff was fired within days of them taking over, even though the new head of maintenance wasn't going to start until October. They don't fix anything and the maintenance guys just let themselves into your apartment after knocking once. The buildings themselves are falling apart. Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with this company. They don't care about the tenants, just about lining their pockets with hard-working people's money. They even tried to bribe us with Walmart gift cards at Christmastime for a good review. Shady...

Experiencia negativa: The most sorry company I have EVER done business with. I will absolutely NEVER do business with them ever again. This company (Forest Edge in Raleigh) had my vehicle towed twice in the same week. I just purchased it on Friday night, Saturday night it was towed for "No parking pass" but I couldn't get a pass until Monday. This company also cleaned my unit before I moved into it and they threw all the trash from the unit in my recycling bi, the city refused to empty the containers because nothing in it was recyclable, so the company then tried to charge me $50 for THEIR trash in my can not being emptied. They also told me they filed eviction on me and I owe $200. I asked when is the court date? They never responded until 3 weeks later when I went to pay what I owed minus the $50 fine that I refuse to pay. I'm telling you what I know, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are horrible, they don't care about their customers, all they care about is money, they don't take care of their properties and they absolutely NEVER answer their phone(s), you will ALWAYS get their voicemail. You're better off sending an email, which is also unprofessional the fact that you can never speak to anyone. If you're thinking about renting from them, I've got 3 words for you.....DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: wish I could give less than 1 star, I lived at Chapman Pointe Apartments for almost 12 years, never was late on my rent and always passed inspections, then wellington took over the last 3 months I was there, the lady in the office was nice and then I put in my 60 day notice that I was moving out, I replaced all the blinds even the vertical blinds in the living room, I told the "manager" Vanessa that the carpet in the living room and dining room were worn out and would need to be replaced, and that I expected my deposit back, that was in Sept, and I still haven't gotten it, I called everyday this week and she finally answered today and told me they had sent me a check for $52.00 my deposit was $250.00 I know it doesn't seem like much but I am disabled and live on very little money, this woman told me that the carpets were dirty and they kept the money for that, I told her I knew they had changed the carpet in the apt. and she told me I wasn't there and didn't know what they had done, I told her I also knew they had replaced the stove and she got hateful because I knew this, I told her I wanted my money and she hung up on me. I will be calling Wellington Advisors on Monday but from what I have read on here it's probably not going to help.I can't believe these people won't give me my deposit back because of dirty carpet that is 12 years old and dry rotted.I guess it doesn't matter that I'm disabled and spent money I didn't really have to change the blinds, and they rented the apartment a week after I moved out.

Experiencia negativa: Let me begin with the trash receptacles, there aren't enough; on a daily trash is near the dumpsters but not in the dumpsters because it's full all the time. therefore places more dumpsters on the property would make since however the manager says she's asking for more dumpsters from Wellington but they will not assign. Parking, on a friday and saturday there isn't enough parking some residents have 2 and 3 cars therefore there is literally no where to park if you don't get in by 5pm. Don't let the pictures fool you. the grounds are kept very well that's true. the gym is so outdated it's pathetic. Again any complaints to management is on deaf ears. Her hands are tide.

Experiencia negativa: I lived at Colonial Village apartments Lincolnton NC for 3 years. I moved out Aug 2018 and was told the apartment complex was being sold to Wellington Advisors and I must wait 30 days to get my security deposit back. It is now into Oct and I have tried to contact Wellington with no one answering the phone or returning emails. The apartment complex told me last week they talked to someone from Wellington and it was approved for me to receive my security deposit back in the amount of $1050.00 this week and I still haven't received it. I would like to get anwers. This is unprofessional and I would not recommend this company. When you call the number of goes to someone 's voice mail and no one returns the call.
