So she pulled all the properties for rent with the specifications I wanted and told me if I was interested in any of those to let her know and she would give me the realtors information. Thanks to her I was able to find a property that was what I needed and she gained absolutely NOTHING from doing this. It was not her property so she received nothing but a thank you! To me this should speak volumes on her character! I am a stranger to her and she still made sure to help me out even though she gained nothing in the end! Chris & Michelle went above & beyond helping us find our Florida home during the difficult time of Covid, as my husband was left in Michigan to sell our house, and I was stuck trying to find a home in a state I knew very little about. Chris, a Florida native, was very honest and knowledgeable about the homes I looked at, gave me great insight and information regarding the “good & bad” of each home and what details to look for. Our mom passed last year and when the house was in probate you get a lot of realtors and investors looking into your house. I bet you I had interviewed over a hundred realtors looking for the right one to handle your estate. Not only that, it was the house us kids, our kids grew up in. Needless to say, this house was sentimental to us. After interviewing all those realtors, only one stood out to me. Chris Thompson came over one evening to talk. He made everything clear about selling the house. Talked about the market on how strong and weak it was. He talked to me to very clear, for me to understand the process of how the house selling is. I talked it over with my family and we decided to hire the Thompson Team. It took a while to sell the house only because of how the market is right now. We had several offers. The funding fell through on all of them. Chris was getting mad because of all the failed attempts, so he spent a whole day wheeling and dealing and at the end of the day we had several offers. They came through and got the house sold. All that said I would definitely recommend this realtor agency. They kept us updated every week. They were always there if we had any questions or concerns.
