Experiencia negativa: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend renting through or using this company for property management. We rented this home while relocating from Texas and arrived to find the property dirty, with a nonworking oven that took nearly two weeks to repair. No reimbursement was offered for the inconvenience. Throughout the lease, maintenance and communication were consistently poor. Upon move-out, we were charged over $500 for what appeared to be normal wear and tear and for previous tenants damages. When we disputed the charges, our emails were ignored and phone calls went unanswered. We even helped find replacement tenants for the property, yet received no acknowledgment. To make matters worse, the new tenants were unaware they would be responsible for pool maintenance fees. Overall, our experience was marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, and unfair move-out charges. I would not recommend this company to tenants or property owners.

First, if you're looking for a home, I'd argue that you should search for a realtor that sincerely takes into consideration what you are looking for, what your goals are and what your life aspirations may be. Tammie Sidwell did that and so much more! To say that I have high expectations of quality and service is an understatement. Tammie (my realtor) not only met those, but exceeded them. Working with her, just as good, if not better than asking a family member to do it for me. Anyone hunting in this market today, knows that there is a shortage of good stock available. Especially when you have very specific needs and are not looking for a cookie cutter housing development that will hog tie a homeowner with those dreadful insanity inducing Home Owner Associations. Tammie hunted several properties for us, and even asked her team mates to get involved with the hunt. It was clear that Tammie (while she is a Rockstar) is not an anomaly at the Brownlee Group. To say that everyone in the organization made me feel welcome, appreciated and cared for. Throughout the process, there was never a time in which I felt as if I was in bad hands.
