Experiencia fantástica: Jakob at PMI Property Management has been outstanding in helping get our short-term rental up and running. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking ownership of every detail and anticipating needs before they even arise. His communication is excellent, he’s always available when questions come up, and he genuinely cares about providing a great experience for both owners and guests. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, accountability, and customer service as well as Jakob does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager who truly takes pride in their work.

It's nice to be someone enjoying a home as a renter and.not just a.bottom line profit margin. They worked really well with the owner of the property as well, as a renter that made life less stressful.

Experiencia fantástica: I expected a property management headache, but then I met Evan. The man is a legend; he solved my issues faster than I can find the TV remote. Honestly, he’s so efficient I’m convinced he might be a very advanced AI in human form. If Evan were a superhero, his power would be 'Extreme Competence'—which is way more useful than flying. If you want the gold standard of service, find Evan and don't let him leave. Someone get this man a trophy (or at least a very high-end sandwich)!

Experiencia positiva: We have now been renting for over a year. I rated them a 4 star because no one is perfect! But overall this is what I love about this management. I have never had a problem with maintenance and I love the system they use, they really keep our apartment complex clean and I love how secure the place is because I have never had to deal with any theft. I had a challenging problem but it was never their fault but I appreciate how they handled the situation. Overall I think if you really abide by their rules this is an amazing place to rent from!!! I will be renewing my lease because I didn’t have the worst experience!

When I tried to communicate and find solutions, they shut me down completely and were extremely rude and dismissive. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete lack of respect for clients. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to proceed with extreme caution.

Experiencia negativa: I am so disappointed in this agency. Extremely unprofessional in the move out process and blamed us for their mistakes in our security deposit return. Trying to get clarity and answers was a nightmare as they refused to believe anything was their problem. I was belittled and threatened when trying to take legal action that would finally force them to take accountability. I truly have never been more frustrated or deflated when working with any property management. If you’re considering renting with them, please consider this a warning to avoid it at all costs.

Experiencia negativa: Worst management company I have had business with. The property we were living in was a in terrible condition when we moved in. So many things we needed fixed. They also didn’t have a duct for the dryer which we discovered at the end of the lease(this led to damage that wasn’t our fault). They took most of our deposit even though we left the place in better condition than it was in. PMI contributed to a lot of stress while I was finishing school and they care only for them selves. All of these things I’m saying goes against their own mission statement. PMI home team is a disappointment.

At move-out, the home required significant cleaning and repairs well beyond normal wear and tear, which is why those costs were itemized and deducted.
During your tenancy, we responded to all maintenance requests and addressed issues as they were reported. The dryer vent concern was never submitted to us at any point during the lease, and this was the first we heard of it—had it been reported, we would have gladly taken care of it.
We understand that moving, schooling, and life transitions can be stressful, and it’s never our goal to add to that. Our responsibility is to follow the law, maintain the property, and ensure the home is cared for properly. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our team and the condition the home was left in, we sincerely wish you the best moving forward.

Brady and his team are some of the most helpful, professional, and communicative people I’ve ever rented from. If you’re considering renting with this management company—do it. Kalia has the worst attitude and should not be working with the public. Maya doesn’t even know what’s going on. Brady just lies and tells you what you want to hear just to get you on your way. Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from them! Spent thousands of dollars on extra unneeded charges and hidden fees in the contract. Are not understanding at all. Will drain your sanity and wallet. On the other hand, the place was beautiful and loved living there but overall was a terrible idea and experience. I have never left a one star review anywhere and hope no one else goes through this.

Experiencia negativa: Great for landlords, awful for tenets. Rented from these guys and the random charges just kept rolling in, lease is not very well worded so be careful with it. They charge you ~$500 just to process random things moving in, and ~$500 just to process random things moving out, they will hire guys to do whatever and charge you for it without asking, slow to respond or will flat out ignore you when asking questions. If you rent from them, bring your legal degree and comb the lease or you'll be paying for a lot more than they tell you. Also expect nothing of your security deposit back, they find the most random stuff to charge it all for.

Experiencia negativa: As a renter, ending the lease has been a nightmare. I provided advanced noticed and reached out multiple times. A key drop off was scheduled , but no one from their team even showed up. Now they are flooding my account with charges, some 3 months after move out. I have asked multiple times for an itemized billing list, but have received zero documentation as to the legitimatacy of the charges.

Experiencia negativa: Rented a house through PMI and the furnace went out during the middle of the winter. We reported it yet wound up going a week without a working furnace and no communication as to an action plan moving forward. Temperatures inside the house were recorded at 49-51°F. After a week plus a tech came out to resolve the issue, it took less than 30 minutes to identify the problem and come up with a solution.
Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes the communication does not seem good as we work with several vendors and a warranty company. With so many individuals involved it creates a bad channel of communication. We are sorry for your experience and would have done things differently for sure. Because of this incident we were able to implement better processes that allow us to work with a home warranty company in a more proactive approach. I am happy it was a quick fix so that you did not have to endure more cold days.

He convinced the HOA board to move our condo units to his management- but in less than 3 months after taking over, he transferred the units to another PMI franchise (who provided terrible service). Would not recommend doing business with the company (or maybe all of PMI in general).
