He also provided me with a very professional package with all the information about the process of selling my home. It was very helpful for me to know what and when things would happen. We did a soft listing on Thursday, filmed on Friday and the actual posting was to go live the following Tuesday. On Monday a day before the actual live listing, Rafael presented me with an offer from a potential buyer. The house was actually sold before it was listed. They declined our business as we had a leased solar panel system (difficulties transferring leases). They referred us to Rafael and we are glad they did. After that things happened rapidly. We met Rafael in one those random instances, and he immediately stood out as someone who was professional, enthusiastic and simply, a go-getter. Two years would go by before we were actually ready to purchase. Due to personal circumstances, we needed to move faster than normal in securing a home, so we needed someone who was experienced and most importantly, had our backs.
