Experiencia fantástica: Well, I'd never have thought I'd be making any positive review of anyone in the realtor industry, ever, and Jen instantly and single handedly changed my perspective dramatically from the moment I met her at an Open House that she was showing! Jen is super smart across every aspect of her industry and she is humble, down to earth, and was truly patient with my incessant drilling of questions at her! Not only that, she volunteered details on several financials aspects that I was completely unaware of! All of this advice was given with no hint of needing a signed contract or anything. She was simply helping me out as a kind sole in the industry. To put it succinctly, in my mind, Jen justified her selling realtor commission before I'd even engaged her services! I could tell that I would be in great hands as long as I followed her professional advice. I did often question things and make my point, but Jen calmly listened and eloquently put me at ease at every turn. I googled searched the company and it looked very reputable. So, I decided to call. The scary or uneasy part of this was we live in Northern California but the property we needed to sell is in Southern California.
