Experiencia fantástica: One day last year a very handsome guy knocked on our door and asked if we were interested in selling our house. As it happened, we weren't - but the neighbor across the street was, and was being annoyed by several local realtors trying to sign her up as a client. I sent him across the street to talk to her and it didn't take long for her to decide he was the guy to sell her house. Before very long there was an open house and we looked to see how it had been staged. Beautiful. It sold so quickly we hardly had time to get used to the idea that our neighbor was moving away. She was thrilled. She got about $30,000 more than the asking price. She had nothing but good things to say about Rob Maynard and Yamel Ramierz. Wouldn'you know within 8 months, it was our turn to make a move. We didn't even think about contacting anyone else. We called Rob. He's a force of nature, is Rob. Smile as big as Alaska, biceps the size of my waist, tall and tanned, with the spirit of gung-ho just pouring off him. We talked and he told us he would ask $780,000 for the house we paid $245,000 for 30 years ago. and sell it for lots more in 10 days. We didn't believe him. Though the house is in an extremely desireable area, it needed cosmetic work. Rob said we'll sell it an an "as is" basis. Rob said it would show on one weekend, and on the following Thursday we would look at offers and chooe a buyer. Rob assured us that we would get more than the asking. price, and he would prequalifiy the offers himself to eliminate any Looky-Lous. We said go for it,- sign us up -and he/they did. First came the flyers, beautiful full color on glossy stock with wonderful photos and a nice write-up. Rob even let me change some of the copy I thought I would like better, and he reprinted them. I didn't expect that at all, or at least a bill for the second printing.. The flyers were passed out all over the place and available for the broker's tour. Showing the house was a big deal. We are collectors and having lived in the house for 30 years, it was clutter city. Rob even came and helped us move things so it would look good for showing. It was a lot of backbreaking work, but Rob was beside us all the way, encouraging and helping us and lifting heavy chairs.. That weeknd was the open house, and we went across the street to our new neighbors (In the house Rob sold them) and watched as a steady stream of people poured in. We hoped someone would like it enough to make an offer. We met the following Thursday to review. As it happens there were 7 offers. Four of them were flippers and were discarded. But there were 3 very solid offers and all over the asking. We read the letters each potential buyer wrote and were moved by how much they liked the feeling of the house and the beautiul street it sits on. The letter writer we chose was not the highest bidder, but $9,000 short of the top bid. Rob went back to the couple and asked them if they wanted to lose the house for only $9,000. They quickly matched the top bid of - are you sitting down??? $860,000 !! Rob got us $70,000 over listed price !! We're over the moon. But that wasn't the end of it.Yamel handled all the escrow mumbo-jumbo in a way that made it easy or us. They worked with our mortgage broker and also the realtor who at the same time was selling us a house in another state. It was like the Mighty Trio, on the job and workin' it. We couldn't be more happy with the way everything went. If you want a team of team players, go with Rob and Yamel. HE SAID HE'D SELL THE HOUSE IN 10 DAYS FOR MORE THAN ASKING AND HE DID.
