Experiencia negativa: Imran, is by far one of the worst agents I have encountered in my 9 years in the real estate business. I am investor buying the property and we went into contract early July. During this process a tree fell on the roof and needed to be repaired. He never disclosed this information until my partner drove by the property and saw it. This was the first red flag of unethical behavior. Second, he refused to answer any calls or text throughout the process, and we were in the dark most of the process. The roof took a month to fix and we needed to extend closing. Third, he tried charging the seller double commission for pretending to act as my agent which I never approved. The seller kept asking title company why he was making more than her on the sale of the property when she was in a tough position with little equity. The day of closing the seller decides to back out. Don't let his 5 stars fool you before he tries to take advantage of you as well. Beware!
