Experiencia fantástica: Nancy and I met while she was showing me one of her listings in the DFW area. It was a good house, but I was really on the fence about purchasing. I grew up back East and owning a home is just a box I never needed to check off to make myself feel accomplished. That all being said, my parents are aging, and they both would prefer to live with me, when that time comes. Nancy not only understood the assignment, but she never forced my hand in making a decision that wasn't right for me (even it made better sense for my family). I find that in this day and age, most people are out for themselves. Nancy truly navigated all of my out loud requests, while also using her expertise to read between the lines. Ultimately, we ended up in a new build community. Needless to say, I do not believe I would have been able to complete this purchase without Nancy being by my side. She had toured the community with another client and was persistent that I come grab a look. I am really happy that I did. Nancy has been there every single step of the way. New builds have a lot of unique loan and property options and she was able to talk me through every single aspect of it. I have had apartment leases that were a worse experience than this 30 year commitment that I made. Nancy got me the best loan option and lender for my household. She made sure to keep me in the loop on all of the 'going's-on', and she was there to just talk me through the nervousness that I had. She's also a great person to just have a coffee with, when this whole house buying thing gets to be too much. Nancy will be my realtor for the rest of my time in Texas, if she will have me. She is a rock star!

Experiencia fantástica: When I say above and beyond, it's an understatement. When the first contract on our house fell through, Nancy had another buyer with a full price offer the same day! This was especially important since we were in the middle of purchasing our next home and needed to close on our sale before closing the purchase. When issues arose with our buyer's mortgage company, Nancy stepped in and maintained constant communication with the buyer's agent and the mortgage company to keep process flowing and get us to the closing table. Honestly, I'm pretty sure both deals would have fallen through without her persistence. Not to mention, she found us a perfect home to buy. I can't say enough good things about Nancy.

Nancy contacted my builder and got them to install the extra gas drop. Along the way there are always hiccups with new builds, project delays, etc. But Nancy has been an amazing realtor and keeps handling the hard stuff so I can have peace of mind.
