I received her post card in the mail, looked at it and thought she was a trusting person and put it in my bible until I was ready to look into selling our home. A couple of months later, I reached out to Christie and she came over to meet us. She was warm and friendly and was open with sharing information. Our home was ready for selling as we had some work that needed to be done, and she advised us what was needed to put the house on the market. After our discussion with her, we decided to step back and get the house ready and when it was done, we would reach out to her again. She kept in touch, checked on us and never forgot about us. We finally decided it was time in later November 2020. Christie came back on the scene and again guided us on what we needed to do to get it sold. We told her the timeline that we wanted and the price that we were looking to get out of the sale. She setup everything that was needed, including a virtual tour. When we received the final product, we couldn't believe it was our home. We would have bought that house if it wasn't already ours. We had our open house and received multiple offers that same day.
