She gave us great recommendations for an estate sale company, a clean out company, and contractors, and she coordinated the clean out and repair work herself. Genevieve is extraordinarily professional. Her organization and responsiveness kept the whole process moving quickly and steadily from start to finish. The house was full of her furniture and other belongings. We were referred to Genevieve Haldeman by the attorney who was handling the estate. Gen was absolutely magnificent in assisting us not only with listing the property but with helping to get it ready for sale. She arranged for cleaners, removal company, painters, carpeting, and waterproofing contractors. She handled two estate sales for us and other work that was necessary to get the property ready for sale. She did an extraordinary job with staging, photographing and otherwise listing the house. We had one buyer that breached the contract and backed out of the sale at the last minute. Gen quickly got the house back on the market and obtained multiple other offers. The new high bidder, also at the last minute, attempted to breach the contract and back out of the sale. Gen work with us negotiating with the intransigent buyer and managed to salvage the sale.
