Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying Guy is a work horse. I am someone who sends and email and expects a response before I even hit send, and guy comes through every time. I started my real estate journey in 2017 and we are now in 2025 and I am getting ready to close on my 6th house. I have made 6 offers and got all 6 houses I wanted. Because of Guy I am 6 for 6 due to his knowledge in this game as an agent. TRUST is huge and I trust him with everything when it comes to buying and selling. Not only has he bought 6 properties for me but he has sold 4 of them as well. Every place I have sold has gone way over asking price. There really is no other agent like Guy and TRUST me when I say he will 100% do what is right for you. As a buyer you need to be aggressive to get what you want and guy has paved the way for me to become an aggressive buyer and that’s why we have NEVER lost an offer!!! Do yourself a favor and hire him. We are about to close on our dream home and I told him one thing, I want this house and I don’t want to lose it. He made sure the 3 way deal selling 2 houses before buying the dream home all lined up to perfection and he made it happen!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always found it hard to find a good realtor. My wife and I have used a handful of realtors to purchase properties and there always would be something that would happen where you felt pressured to proceed through the process. This was not the case with Guy. He is one to go the extra mile to ensure you find the house you want. We came from out of town to find a house and he made it clear that if we did not just know that was our house that we should keep looking and he was ok with that. Since the market is relatively competitive in the area for good houses, he acknowledged that sometimes he would need to see the house for us and he was willing to do this. He was always available by text or call to answer your questions, whether it was work hours or not. Sometimes that is what you need to do. When we settled on an offer, he was the one pushing the seller for more which is something I appreciate as I am not the expert in this business. He also has good knowledge on the other aspects of the home purchasing process for the area including where to find the best places for loans (best rates and most efficient processes) which was another plus. That definitely makes the home purchasing process a whole lot less stressful. Overall, I highly recommend Guy. While we hopefully have found a home we will stay in for a long time, we would definitely use Guy if we were doing this again. Many thanks Guy!

Experiencia fantástica: Guy helped us purchase an apartment nearly 10 years ago. After living in that apartment for a few years, we moved out of state for work and rented it with Guy's help. We just sold the place, again with Guy's help. Despite a very tricky market, Guy was able to sell it in a heartbeat. It was very impressive work. Overall, throughout nearly a decade of working with Guy, we have never been disappointed. Quite the contrary, we've always been so impressed with his professionalism, depth and breadth of knowledge, and genuine character who's really trying hard for every one of his clients. Experiencia fantástica: Guy Contaldi helped us buy our home 5 years ago and helped us sell it during this crazy market to get us the best offer possible. We moved out of state a year ago so Guy had to be our eyes throughout the whole process. Let me tell you, he worked hard!!! It involved his constant presence and checking in on the property as we had tenants we were trying to evict due to nonpayment of rent since prior to COVID. He made it happen. If it wasn't for him, those tenants would still be there and we would still be paying two mortgages!! He then helped us get the place ready for the showing which involved not just your typical staging and cleaning of the property, but getting a dumpster to throw out all the stuff the prior tenants left behind. He took this upon himself and removed a huge weight off my back. Due to his hard work, we were able to sell the house immediately and $24K over asking price!!! My wife and I started looking to buy back in 2013 and didn't actually purchase our first home until 2015. During that time Guy was with us through countless open houses and even a failed offer.
