Having moved to St. Louis on Sunday night to start a new job, I was prepared to spend at least 14 days in a hotel before being able to lease a home I’d be happy in. With that said, our experience with this company was excellent and here are the reasons why we would recommend them as a buyers agent: True team effort, throughout our search and purchase we communicated with Dave, Blake and Joe on various topics and they shared the information within the team to assist us in finding a home. After searching the varied services showing the MLS homes, they routed the ones we wanted to see and added a couple of suggested homes to the list as well. All were kind even when answering what some might find fundamental questions throughout the process and always made us feel welcome to ask more. Answered text and emails quickly and on items that were not fast answer always followed up after a quick let me check note. Once the home was found, assisted us in navigating the sales process which was a whole lot more than just a quick negotiation.
