Experiencia positiva: We moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far, so good! Our family really loves it here. Samantha has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, and the maintenance team is on top of it every time my husband has placed a request, it’s been fixed the same day or the day after. ​One thing we really appreciate is how quiet it's been. We haven't dealt with any loud noises or smells like you sometimes find in shared living spaces. We did move in during the winter, so we’re hoping things stay this peaceful, but we’re already looking forward to summer so we can finally enjoy the pool and the BBQ area ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Management and maintenance are wonderful. Any help we needed they are right there for us. We love our apartment. It is in a great location and quiet. The complex is not too big, which I like, and there is a mix of ages. It is close to everything we need.

Experiencia negativa: We moved in in May and broke our lease to move out in September because of what an awful experience we had living here. The complex constantly reeked of weed despite their alleged no smoking policy, the trash cans to dispose of dog waste were always overflowing, there was constant loud music/noises and cars/motorcycles revving at all hours of the night, and last but not least someone shot off a firework in the complex that hit a car and burned a hole in the grass in the dog park, we felt extremely unsafe living here. The property manager was extremely nice and polite upon signing our lease and once we started living there, that drastically changed. Anytime an issue was brought up the manager acted as if we were bothering them and would belittle us, then proceed to not take care of our issue. I can not recommend enough to stay away from this complex.

Experiencia negativa: This has to be a joke… it’s 7 AM and they have people here drilling in the ground and sawing concrete at 7 AM. I could care less what you have to have done, people are sleeping at 7 am on a Monday. I don’t get home from work until 4 in the morning and I have to go back at 12. You are ruining peoples days by doing stupid things like this. Not to mention I asked to have my shower fixed a week ago the guy came and spent 10 minutes here didn’t fix anything left and hasn’t came back. No communication by the way. So you can’t work on your residents issues but you can come drill holes in at 7 am. Don’t move here

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been living at Celtic Apartments for the past six months, and I have to say, it has been an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment we moved in, the staff, especially Tori and Samantha, have gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Whether it's a small question or something more pressing, they are always willing to help with a smile. Additionally, whenever we’ve had any maintenance needs, both gentlemen in the maintenance team have been exceptional. They've always been super professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues that have come up. I’ve lived in several apartments before, but none have come close to the level of care and service that Celtic has provided. My family and I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming environment, and it’s clear that this complex values its residents. I highly recommend Celtic Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Experiencia fantástica: I love living here. I feel like the Samantha and her staff genuinely care about my family and I. From making sure kids get off the bus to keeping the little ones safe around the pool it’s that sense of safety that gives you peace of mind while living at an apartment complex. And they aren’t afraid to crack down on the rift raft either. I usually get emails on average once a week from the staff just giving updates on stuff that’s happening and events coming up. So I feel like the communication is there if you listen. Any major issue I’ve ever had the communication was done promptly and professionally.

Experiencia positiva: I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years now and have always had pleasant encounters with the office staff and maintenance.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t do it , management sucks , dog poop everywhere , horrible water pressure , pool was green all summer and mosquitoes surround the pool area . Creepy maintenance workers that don’t fix anything if your ac is messed up you get deliver a can of coil cleaner and instruction on how to clean it yourself . Dont move here you will regret it and move out 4-5 months later like I did losing tons of money .

Experiencia negativa: Ditto to everything Brandon said!! We’ve had terrible water pressure for more than 3 months.. Way before the snow storm. We’re hardly communicated with yet rent is due IN FULL every month.. even though I can barely fill my sink (which has also fallen through once) to wash my dishes. No one asked for cars to be shoveled out, our walkways weren’t cleared or our concrete stairs. When they did bring a bobcat, yes a bobcat, not a snow plow, the snow was just pushed up onto the already frozen sidewalks and into the very few open parking spaces. I could go on and on but it wouldn’t make a difference. I’m just so extremely frustrated!

Experiencia negativa: Office staff extremely petty, not very understanding or personable definitely don’t care frfr..maintenance is mediocre, they laughed and watched women as well as others struggling in the snow storm when they failed to pretreat or be proactive in advanced during nor after for almost a week. Rents over priced for the quality of service being provided! I’ve had a kitchen sink fall through and Water has been pushing low pressure for a few months in the whole building. But looks nice

Experiencia fantástica: The experience itself was great here, I’ve lived in another two apartment complex’s in Florida and this one by far had the best management. The property manager Samantha was incredibly kind and always willing to work with you. She’s highly intelligent in all things relating to the living and lifestyle here. I had to buy out my lease and move out early and every step of the way I received thorough communication and answers to help me through the process. Samantha remembered my name (maybe because we have the same name) but having that remembered and saying hey Samantha when she saw me was a new experience. Although this place is expensive and some of the neighbors are a bit trashy and weed smokers, and lots of negligent pet owners that don’t pick up their dog poop , regardless of those the experience here was amazing. Very much so worth it because of amenities and the effort of the property management team

Experiencia negativa: Do not move in here. Way overpriced for what you are getting. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and cannot believe I have paid into this for so long and cannot wait until my lease ends. My mother in law passed yesterday and we have been dealing with many unexpected expenses and bc we are two weeks late on our October rent they are threatening to take us to the attorney’s office and said it will be a $350 fee on top of the $150 late fees we have already incurred. I called and spoke to the property manager and let her know I get paid on Friday and they refuse to work with us. I was already willing to pay the $150 late fees and I was just hoping to have some flexibility so we are not taken to the attorneys office but nope they apparently cannot do that. Mills Properties and Celtic Crossing DO NOT care about their residents, they care about one thing and that is money.

Experiencia negativa: Yeah it has a lot of 5 stars…reviews and likes are fake these days so don’t fall for it or at least do your own research. Why go to 6 flags when I can chip paint off my car driving through St Louis like potholes in the lot, also put in my rent 2 days early guess what, decided to take 4 days instead of 2 hours like stated just to kick it back to my account and poof! There go’s my privilege to pay rent from the comfort of my own apartment, now I have to pay at the 7/11 unless I want a $25 “convenience” fee tacked on, as if I’m not already paying $1500 for a one bedroom fart box. Do your research people, America be playin.

I just wanted to say thank you to your office staff, Samantha and Mandy, you all were so welcoming and kind. You both are so attentive and helpful when we have questions. I also want to let you know that your employee, Mark, the maintenance supervisor is very professional, responsive and friendly. He actually follows up on the work he or Joey has done. I really appreciate his efforts. He' and Joey are doing a fantastic job and they really care about people. Also Joey impressed me when he saw me carrying bags he came to my rescue! Thank you

Her personable, warm demeanor has made us feel good about choosing this complex. Our apartment is clean, spacious and we love the 9ft ceilings! The grounds are beautiful and clean and we are most excited about taking our dogs to check out the dog park! I would recommend this complex to friends and family members.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived here for about 3 years now, starting with a 1b and now in a 2b. I even referred one of my great friends here, and she now lives here as well. I've loved living here since my first year here! The property managers Samantha and Mandy are so friendly and so accommodating, especially Samantha. The maintenance crew is also very accommodating and gets things fixed in a timely manner. The resident portal is very easy to navigate and even easier to submit a maintenance request. Any issue I've had over the years has been adjusted or fixed in a timely and professional manner. There are minor complaints with some of the appliances here and there, but that can be the case anywhere. People tend to keep to themselves for the most part here, but are friendly in passing. Celtic Crossing is definitely worth the money and I am sad to be leaving, however my time (and money) here has been well spent.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t rent these places unless you like being shown a false advertisement. High rent for cheap housing. Barely working appliances, that won’t get fix. Customer service and maintenance service is a joke and very unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been residents for going on 4 years now, it is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful, and very accommodating. They definitely hear out any issues and do their best to resolve things in a timely manner the best they can!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved into Celtic Crossings on 9/28/2023, booked a month ago with Samantha. On the day of move in some things were off with my apartment that management was unaware of. First time meeting Mandy and she was incredible. Mandy made sure I received a different unit and made sure I was satisfied with the unit. Nothing is perfect but I can appreciate management that care for their tenants. Overall I love my apartment and the environment here at Celtics. I would highly recommend moving here!!!! Management will make sure you receive the best experience and follow up as expected.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a fridge not working this past weekend, called emergency maintenance and Joey showed up. Without hesitation, he brought me a new fridge all by himself! Couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you guys at Celtics apartments.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with the management team at Celtic Crossing. When I first moved in, I was not satisfied with stains on some of the carpeting, as well as the smell of a previous smoker. I immediately shared my concerns with Samantha, who took the time to come and see my place and coordinate next steps. Both her and the other managers listened to me and communicated efficiently, as I received a call the following day that they were going to replace my carpet. With the new changes, I am very happy with my choice and impressed with the management team's efforts to satisfy their residents. A good management team is hard to come by, but I know at Celtic Crossing I can raise a concern and be heard!

Experiencia negativa: Dumpsters are way to far away. Imagine living on the third floor walking down 40 steps plus another 100 yards to throw away your trash. If you get off work late good luck finding a spot close to your apartment. Another 100 yards just to get to my apartment. And apparently you can't have a work trailer.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Samantha and Mandy that's in management and John that's in maintenance. They were always professional, respectful and kind. The three bedroom apartments are lovely. This was our second time living here. I recommend Celtic Crossing Apartments to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: First, this property is beautiful! It’s in a great area and the location is prime. Second, the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have visited tons of different properties and the service provided by Samantha has been AMAZING! I had so many questions….so many. :) But Samantha has been nothing but helpful and gracious with each one. This is how property management is done! Best customer service ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Overall I am very please with Celtic Crossing Apartments. There are a verity of different cultures here and it's dog friendly. I moved in last year during Covid and CDC guidelines were in place. This made me feel safe in believing if anything else happened they would take care of it. Maintenance are professional, friendly and they work hard at addressing issues in a timely manor. I would have to say the rent is a little pricey but remember you get what you pay for.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived at Celtic Crossing Apartments for the past two years. The apartments are beautiful and the high ceilings are amazing. The management has been so great to work with, everyone in the office is so nice and the maintenance workers know what they are doing. We never had any issues with neighbors or noise. Overall it is a quite place to live. The pool is clean as well as the gym. I would recommend Celtic Crossing to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

After many failed attempts in getting a new apartment for myself and my family due to unforeseen circumstances, Erika Foley went above and beyond to assist us! She was professional, kind, caring and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Unlike several other places who turned us away, she listened and was my miracle! The service is incredible and they surely make you feel like a PERSON with care. They do not make it feel all about the money , like you are just another number. Experiencia negativa: This place is something else. If you want to pay 1400+ and walk 4 blocks to your building, and if you try to park in "reserved" spots that noone uses and get towed PAST Six flags then this is the place for You! Even though theres atleast 20 cars every day parked illegally. Just a coincidence that I had 10 more days left in my lease and theres alot of vacant rooms so I guess have to get your money somehow right? Not to mention kids running up and down stairs for hours and around the complex even stealing door handles, yes door handles, then you will love it here. Had many problems with billing at the beginning and figured it would get better since you have to pay so much to live herr but they are really just in it to get more money from you and then if a problem does arise i can bet who will be pointing their finger. After they towed my car they were extremely rude and smug about the whole situation and then the next day at work one of my co workers said I heard you got your car towed. Which I wasn't the one who told her, someone in the front office decided to let my information be known without consent which is a breach of privacy. So good luck if you move in, hopefully this won't happen to you!
