Experiencia fantástica: This has been long time due! We worked with Mike last year and this year as well. Last year we wanted to buy a house and had zero idea on how to go about it. We weren't even sure if we will buy one. So somehow we found this magic lamp and from that we got a really awesome genie called Mike :D Mike was wonderful to work with from the start, right from looking at what suited us, finding houses, booking them for showing, and we saw a lot (but he was always ready with a smile and wearing his cap!) being honest with us to the point that discussions with him felt more like family. In that super tight market last year, just because of Mike's advise, our bids were accepted at multiple places. He never ever pushed us to do anything but laid out the best plans to move forward. It all worked so well and we finally got a new home :) This year, Mike did the same magic helping us sell our old house. He pretty much knows and does everything down to a T. Be it getting the house ready, making it look great, listing it, getting professional pictures taken, descriptions, planning showings and all that paperwork and everything. My dad owned that house and he just had so much trust on him. I dont know what magic wand he has but our house was sold even before the first showing! Thats a fact. To add to it, Mike has a wonderful team working behind him. Every move is well synchronized and yet very human and personal.
