Fantastic experience: I had a very contentious divorce. I was very combative, because I was hurt. After Mr. McHan came aboard it was the first time in the year that we had a civil conversation. It just goes to show that when you have a professional involved, the noise settles down and we could start having a civil conversation. He was very professional. The more importantly that are delusions of what our home is worth versus what the market was at right now and he was very accommodating to us. We listened at home and we sold it relatively quickly. For a very small commission, Lance not only found a buyer, but was johnny-on-the-spot for the MANY meetings and inspections at the building required for this sale. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lance McHan as your realtor. I initially contacted Lance when I was supposed to start reconstruction on my property after a water heater leak and cleanup. The original contractor said they would only take 3 weeks to complete the work. I asked Lance if he could look at the property in its demolished state to recommend any changes that would increase the sales value. Lance did so and was very helpful. Later, the original contractor came up with excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t start and had to keep putting the project off (this went on for 2 months). I asked Lance if he could recommend a contractor. He did and the contractor was reliable, fast, and cheaper than the original contractor I had. The final product was beautiful! At the same time, I was battling my insurance company because they were not paying what they should towards my insurance claim. Lance connected me to an insurance adjuster. When it came to the sale of my property, we sold fast. Lance listed my property as soon as the reconstruction was finished. We received an offer three weeks after we listed my property and closed in less than 21 days. During the process, Lance and his team provided me with the required documentation and guidance and answered my questions right away. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Lance is very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job. He’s San Joaquin’s best real estate agent for a reason. I highly recommend his services.

I was not looking for just any run-of-the-mill sales person who acted like a best friend during the sales process then as a stranger once his commission check cleared. I was looking for someone who puts my best interest in mind every step of the way. More specifically someone who answers their damn phone and calls back to follow up on specific questions and issues. After putting forth exhaustive research in finding who would be the best choice based on the investment they themself put into selling properties as well as how they promote their listings. Lance stood out as the most authentic real estate agent the Central Valley and beyond has to offer: His organic rankings are stellar (meaning that the listings on his site are easily found), As well as having a solid social media presence. It’s obvious that he takes great pride and puts a lot of work into his listings. One detail that stood out immediately is that Lance is much more focused on providing service than he is sales. He proved himself to me as having expansive knowledge of home construction and also the local market. Every time I viewed a new property He would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of potential problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Also walked through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price that I was comfortable with. One thing that he mentioned to me when considering specific properties was… "the minute you buy a property you become the seller". Absolute words of wisdom. Again, thank you Lance. The entire process from start to finish was beyond exceptional. We found the property that was perfect for my lifestyle and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I was in the process of selling my longtime home in Stockton to a cash buyer. I now reside in another state so was curious what a local agent might have to say about my decision to sell to a cash buyer. I called Lance after checking his 5 star reviews online and met with him on a recent trip to California. He walked me through the process he would use had I listed with him and probably could have sold it for more than I am getting. Lance was very honest, personable and informative, but did not deride me for not listing the property with a local agent! Should the cash sale not work out, I will definitely call him to list it.
