I recently closed a sale with her, my wife and I represented the home sellers, and Sherry's clients won the home in a fierce bidding war. She helped her clients win by being an excellent communicator and sharp negotiator who pays attention to details, and used the information we gave her to put her clients in the best position to win. Combine that with the fact they, she/her clients, performed perfectly every step, they were ready to close early because she is proactive, and knows what she is doing, led everyone to have a wonderful experience. So much so, that our clients felt compelled to deliver possession of the home during the rent back period early so Sherry's clients would be able to enjoy their new home earlier. You see by being kind, considerate, working hard for her clients, she also brought about a synergy that helped everyone want to work together.
