This real estate office is unlike any other business, I purchased 2 homes in the last 15 years and got excellent and honest feedback, and the entire process was completely transparent. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Munish Ghai, Parth Ghai & his team, by a very close friend of mine. I must say the experience has been nothing, but great. He never sold anything to me. He explained what the options are and what works and is good for me and allowed me to make my choices (which after my due diligence ended up becoming his recommendations in the end). Ego (toddler knowledge in investment real-estate buying process) at times will try to overrule experience, but ends up losing. Ultimately, I gained and I will say, but for his 'creative' advice, I could not have bought my investment home in Lathrop and closed on time. His timely, sensitive and innovative advise helped me to close with another lender (as he himself is also a lender and brings in that perspective in addition to his real estate knowledge), with ZERO blockers. Fantastic experience: It all started in February with a visit to Lathrop to see what kind of investment options were available there. And here we are today in November with a lot more than what we expected to get, A New home that we just closed Escrow, a great friend, realtor, father and family man in Munish and a future super star realty professional in Parth, Munish’s son. Obviously I could not visit Lathrop every now and then to see the progress, but Munish and Parth made sure that I did not miss the opportunity of seeing my house being built. They sent sent me pictures of the house at regular intervals as it was being built and ensured the communication between us and the builder was always active. Even before I went and saw my finished house, within 24 hrs of closing the escrow my house was already rented, all because of the property management skills of these two guys, AMAZING. My experience helped a lot of my friends to connect with Munish and Parth as well and they are all very happy with their professionalism and the ‘Going Beyond’ attitude. Fantastic experience: We came to know about hear Parth and Munish reality services hearing them on radio. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable about local real estate market in Lathrop and patiently took time to explain details and show us many homes until we zoomed in on the home we want. Parth was very quick and responsive in preparing required documentation during the purchase process and Munish was able to discuss with seller on any items that had to be followed which came from inspections. Negative experience: They took all my personal documentation include passport, Bank information, social security card, and never just wondering if they were using me or not. They didn't communicate and did not return my paperwork for advise if they shredded me for security and identity theft purposes.
