Fantastic experience: Our mother passed away 7 months ago and it was clear we needed to sell the family home. It had a lot of sentimentality because our parents designed and built our home. We had lived there since the late 1960’s but it needed a lot of work. Kimberlee understood the sensitive nature of the sale and was always professional and compassionate in her interactions with us. She understood the the special features of the property and the emotions for the family while also being realistic with us about the condition of the home. She was always responsive by email, text or phone. We came to trust her judgement on what needed to be done. She found multiple bids for estate sales, painters, flooring and windows. She managed everything from giving access to the property, scheduling inspections, and signing documents. She’d go to personally pick up documents or payments and deliver them where needed. We know that’s probably what a realtor should do but it was never any question that she would handle everything related to the sale. In the end we actually didn’t even need to finish the work we had planned. Through her contacts she found a person who wanted to do all the redecorating themself and bought the property as is for our full ask! The whole process went so much better than we had expected. Negative experience: Very hard to get a hold of. Response to owner: Actually it was when my real estate agent tried contacting you. You never replied via text, phone call. Even one of your contractors you sent to my house said he struggles to get a hold of you.

Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. Fantastic experience: I’ve dealt with Realtors in the past. I personally know 5 who I love dearly. Kimberlee popped up on my FB on a real estate article which I’ve read and liked. I further researched her on her realtor site; read all the comments and went with my instincts. I’m never wrong on gut feelings and my gut was telling me have her sell your home. I now will see who my true friends are from the 5 realtors I personally know when they find out I never went to them. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Kim! My wife and I wanted to sell an investment property. We had used Kim in the past when we originally purchased this property and we're happy with her. She brings years of real estate experience. She is always relaxed, confident and very personable. She asked us how much we wanted to ask for it and said $280K. She said oh you'll probably get $300K and she was right. Through the whole process Kim was just a text away and she responded back quickly. She met appraisers and inspectors at the house and basically held our hand through the whole thing. She has a list of professionals she gladly shared with us for our next steps.
