Fantastic experience: 6pm on a Saturday (9pm his time) Isaiah picked up the phone and I knew he was the guy for my seller. She was moving to Florida, so I put her on a group text with him, and they were in contract in a couple weeks. His offer for my client on her Florida home was contingent and under list price.
