Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. The agent Hilda Conrad, advertised an open house on Zillow, but never responded to messages and did not provide the access code for the gated community. After driving two hours to attend, there was no real open house setup and no one answered the door. This is misleading marketing and a complete waste of people’s time. The agent claims to work with Dalton Wade Real Estate, and this type of behavior reflects very poorly on the company’s reputation. I would not recommend working with this agent.

I truly enjoyed working with Dean Waters, most often he answered my phone call, when he didn't answer he always returned my call in a timely manner. Dean was knowledgeable, responding with answers to my questions in language I understood. Dean was always "on time" for an appointment to look at a property, etc. Dean was very helpful in negotiating on our behalf, helping us to get the best deal. She took the extra time to try to find us something that was already built and was a resell with consideration to the needs and wants of both myself and my wife. When it became clear that we just weren’t going to find something with all requirements for our forever home, she helped us find the perfect community with resort amenities, the perfect lot, that didn’t back up to a fence but also wasn’t crazy expensive, and the perfect floor plan that has EVERYTHING we wanted.
