Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with coldwell banker real estate. Our real estate agent Jessica Fabela was extremely helpful and helped every step of the way. Highly recommend Jessica to help you find your dream home

Negative experience: Realtor named Amy Hyde sent me a letter in the mail basically persuading us to switch realtors and to go with her, saying “it can feel personal if your house doesn’t sell” and list reasons why she could sell our house faster. We have an active listing with another realtor upon receiving the letter. Amy must have been monitoring our listing online for a while and trying to find clients through those who already have realtors and active listings. This is unethical and a violation of the Code of Ethics, Article 16, of the National Association of Realtors. A realtor must respect the client relationship another realtor has with their clients and cannot interfere with that. She needs training or a moral check.

Negative experience: Absolute worst experience selling my home. Ellie Wright is unprofessional, immoral and unethical. She reduced the MLS listing price on the property without my consent!!!! Unbelievable, and when asked about it, she blew it off like, oops, no big deal and stated that she accidentally reduced the wrong property!! Not even an hour later, she called and said we have a viewing!! She potentially lost me thousands!! She lost my trust and loyalty at that moment. She will try to convince you to lower your asking price in a rush to line her pockets!! Don’t trust her professionalism at all!!

Negative experience: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They are snakes! They ripped me off!! Terrible customer service! Gwyn is very rude and manipulative in order to secure her own commissions. Gwyn is a liar and a fraud! These people will take all of your money and then take some more out of greed and arrogance! Worst realtor company ever!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely worst experience I have had trying to find a good home to rent, Jessica Lugardo is an absolute disgrace to the realtor world and should not work in the industry if you can’t pick up your phone and be polite. The conversation we had was absolutely horrific and would not recommend her or this company to my greatest enemy. The amount of F bombs used by Jessica in our conversation was completely uncalled for and let’s not forget about the rude behavior that Jessica Lugardo had. This lady absolutely needs a wake up call to be acting in such a manner that she did.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Jeff Mumme while we were looking for a home to buy. With us being from the west coast it was critical to have “feet on the ground” in San Patricio County. In fact it was extremely rare when he didn’t pick up our calls right away, whether it be at work or on his days off. Jeff is very pleasant and easy going, no pressure at all! Fantastic experience: Jessica Zambrano-Fabela goes above and beyond. I read reviews of local realtors to the Texas area I was looking at, since I was coming from Wisconsin. Jessica sounded like the fit, so I called her to setup and view many properties on this trip. Our 1st phone conversation was over an hour long and I felt like I'd known her forever. I needed someone honest and forward about the value and safety of the areas I would be looking at. Jessica did just what I asked of her. She said, 'if I don't think it's an area I would have my family, then you don't want that either'. Together we viewed over 20 properties that weekend. Jessica is very experienced, honest, informative, thorough, and not pushy. Even after the deal is done, she will call/text just to check up on you. You will not be disappointed choosing Jessica! Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had to sell my mother's home in Corpus Christi, Tx. She has Alzheimer's disease, and we are her court appointed guardians and conservators in New Mexico. She lives in a memory care facility here. We had to become her G/C in Texas as well to be able to sell her home in Corpus Christi. We started applying back in 2019 and took almost two and a half years to get it through the courts in Texas. Primarily due to the Covid pandemic. The actual hearing took all of ten minutes. Anyway Pat Falk, our realtor, stood by us all the way. We had actually talked to her back in the summer of 2018. She contacted us as needed and was very supportive. My daughter and I feel blessed to have been able to work with her. She is very professional yet has a genuine caring personality.

Fantastic experience: After hiring 2 realtors in the prior 18 months who couldn't bring in a single legitimate offer, I hired Carole from Colwell Banker Pacesetter. This was a challenge because it was an estate property with no one living there and the closest heir being a 45 minute drive away. Carole also didn't even live in the same town, but she was highly available and made trips out to the property (ranch in rural community) anytime we needed her help. She helped us get the property in the right shape to sell, gave clear and honest advice and was a pleasure to work with. Once listed, we had a first offer within 4 weeks. That one didn't work out but Carole hustled and had several others interested, even during the holiday season. It took a bit more time to find the right buyer, but we accepted a good offer within a few months. Closing also took a few months due to lender issues and some things that had to be addressed with the property, but Carole kept things moving forward even pushing the buyer's realtor many times to get things done. Overall, Carole proved to be a high octane realtor with the right knowledge, experience and drive to see this through.
