When my house in Washington State sold I flew to Corpus Christi and planned only two days to hopefully find a house. Maria was referred to me by a friend, so I contacted her and she gave me her utmost on finding properties in the area I was interested in and in the price range I could afford. On the second day after looking at numerous houses, I found the house I wanted! I flew back to Washington while Maria worked with my realtor in Washington coordinating all that needed to be done to close the sale and purchase of the new house. The process was flawless! Negative experience: I was driving saw a house for rent was super excited,it was a decent house, decided to call the number and whatever guy answered was very rude unpleasant He had stated they weren’t open yet to not call that number because I called remotely and he had to take his kids to school… very professional!! Tara and the behind the scenes work of her team go above and beyond anything I have encountered or expected in real estate. I am in the U.S. Coast Guard and recently moved from Southern California to Corpus Christi and I knew I wanted to buy a home at my new duty station in South Texas. I started the process of buying a home soon after I received orders to Corpus and luckily found Tara at KM Premier to begin my home search. The home search was made even more difficult, in my mind anyways, as I was not able to make a trip to house shop in person due to the pandemic and military travel restrictions. Tara made this process easy and accommodating as she more than willingly went to several homes making videos of each to send over for me to view. This was more work than you think as I am very indecisive and was going through a very difficult time personally, mind you this was the first home purchase in my life done all digital. But Tara handled everything with the utmost professionalism with every hiccup I thought I could send her way, from putting down earnest money on two brand new build homes, to making offers on two different homes. I also love Tara’s none candid style as she has no problem telling you her opinion, but in the end, she wants the best home for you that you will be happy with. With her experience previously as once an active duty military spouse and the way she was already setup positioned Tara seamlessly and ahead of her competitors into the pandemic era of house shopping. Everything was digital from E-Sign, which is so simple to use, to actual feet on the ground with Tara viewing homes, taking videos sending them via text and posting to YouTube, or even live FaceTime. The responsiveness from Tara is impeccable as well with the majority of communication/questions/comments being answered within an hour if not much shorter along with ample heads up if she were going to be unavailable. If you are in the military being stationed in Corpus Christi, do yourself a favor and use Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate. They have the specialty knowledge to make your transition to Corpus as easy as possible in anyway or direction you choose whether that is a home purchase or renting. For locals to Corpus Christi, again, do yourself a favor and use Tara with KM Premier Real Estate as she has lived here long enough to be the best match for you with a good network of contacts for anything you need during your home search.

Negative experience: Gina Scott only made a simple phone call. She and I never signed a contract she never came to an appointment with me did not provide any services. She received 8K on commission for not providing a service. She has no morals no integrity

Negative experience: I asked the agent multiple times for information about a condo and was promised each time that info was coming, finally after two weeks I contacted another agent. Happy to say I just bought the condo in question.

Negative experience: Very unethical! Walked into their office on the island and spoke to a person there and told her i wanted to purchse the lot next door, she advised me that it wasnt for sale but would contactr the owner through mail and get back to me. Two weeks later it had their sold sign on it. I called back and they informed me that they purchased it instead to build on. They are in partners with a local builder apparently family and decided to purchase the property to build a house on instead. Basicaly I put them in the market for that property, didnt get my commission! lol
