Negative experience: Everything seems great and all until they say that they don't accept felons, I was inquiring for a friend...so if 361 apt locators won't help its either a shelter or on the streets.....why can't there be felon friendly services....it's encouraging people to be on the streets...

Fantastic experience: I moved to Corpus Christi from San Antonio, Texas in a short notice. I had NO STRESS moving, Xochitl asked me questions that I wouldn't have even thought of. She stuck to my income limit and found me the perfect apartment in a great location! If it wasnt for her I would have struck out on so many great deals! Once we were moved in she made sure we were comfortable with our apartment. You could tell that us feeling at home was her number one priority..I RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I’m usually hesitant of using locators but I decided to go ahead and go for it since I needed an apartment as soon as possible that would also accept my dog. I was given Xochitl’s contact info when one apartment couldn’t meet my needs and within a few minutes she reached out to me (literally all it took for me to walk to and turn on my car!) She asked me some questions on what I was looking for and immediately had an apartment for me to look at that met my needs and within a few hours I toured, filled out the application, and was approved! She took the time to meet me at the complex with no pressure while also mentioning that there were still other options that could meet my needs but I had already fallen in love with what she showed me. Had I not decided to accept her help I’m sure I would STILL be hunting and would NOT have signed with the beautiful complex she set me up with. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know that services like this existed. I am 37 weeks pregnant a and have desperately trying to find a place to live but keep getting turn down due to my dog and bad credit. I spoke Xochitl and she was sooooooo helpful!!!!! We had about a 10 min conversation for her to find out what I needed. She hung up with me then within 10 mins she was calling me back with an apartment. I am moving in tonight!!! From my very first phone call to talking to the manager of the apartment complex was a total of 30 mins. Xochi was professional, kind and realistic with what I needed and wanted along with what was available. I would highly highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the greatest experiences I've had dealing with people. I called their office in the morning because I was having difficulty getting approved for an apartment. I got lucky, I got Xochitl Mendoza. She was awesome. She was tenaciously searching all morning for me a place to live. By noon, she had found a place that was willing to work with my situation. Not only did they provide me with a great move in special they saved me time and energy searching on my own. I will never search on my own, especially once I found out they were a free service. Negative experience: The agent was friendly but I feel like you can find better deals on your own. This will be my first time on getting an apartment and I went to get more info. She said the cheapest apartment was 700 with no deposit but didn’t tell me where cause they’re not allowed to which is fine but she ended up slipping and saying it to her coworker. She said I’d need rental history or I wouldn’t have a good chance of being approved. 700 was still too high for me so I ended up calling around and ended up calling that apartment she mentioned, they cheapest they had was 619 and a special with no deposit. I ended up getting approved and didn’t need a co-signer or have to pay last months rent. So just beware and call on your own to find better deals then what they offer there.
