Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ When “Mr. Real Estate” Forgot the *Real* Part. We contacted Mr. Real Estate for a market analysis and were ready to list our investment property with him. As out-of-town owners, we expected professionalism — instead, we got arrogance. He was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t be bothered to even view the property. If this is what “experience” looks like, we’ll pass. Respect and effort still matter — just not to him.

Our son, an Air Traffic Controller, and his fiance, needed to relocate for his work and be down in the Corpus Christi area by June 2. He would not be able to be there in person to search for a house, see it in person or even make settlement in person. From the moment they were interested in a house, Cliff went into action.
