Fantastic experience: When I met Chris he was positive he would be able to sell our house. I was nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted for it, because a lot of our friends and neighbors had to keep dropping their prices to get offers. Well Chris and his team showed up to do a walk through with me. Told me what we needed to do to make our house look sell ready! Not even 1 day later we got an email with step by step Instructions on what we had to do. I was very impressed with the professionalism, quick replies to questions and overall knowledge of real estate with the fact they didn’t use iPhones for photos. (I personally hate that when I look at houses. Photo quality is everything) Well we got over 10 offers, and Chris took care of everything. He kept our minds at ease and since we are in NC and no longer up in NH he handled the closing with our lawyer. Highly recommend him, even though he has an android instead of an iPhone .

Fantastic experience: I fear this review will not do justice to the amount of value Chris brought to the equation throughout the entire process of buying my first home, so I'll do my best to drill this one home. It was a blessing to be introduced to Chris at the beginning of my home buying journey. It was immediately apparent to me that Chris was far more knowledgeable and experienced than any other realtor I had interviewed prior (and had I connected with quite a few, including close friends). My goal was to purchase a 3+ unit multi family property that I could comfortably live in while renting and renovating the home. As luck would have it, Chris already had years of experience owning and renovating his own multi family property. As an accomplished real estate investor himself, he was extremely well versed in discussing investment strategies and tailoring an approach to this extremely competitive market that met my goals and needs. Upon seeing homes with Chris in person, it was clear to me how little I knew about construction methods, renovations, red flags, etc. Luckily for me, Chris knew more than I ever expected from an agent, and enthusiastically taught me so much along the way. Every house we looked at was a tremendously valuable learning experience for me, and without Chris I would not have soaked up even a fraction of that knowledge. There were a lot of highs and lows throughout the many months of house hunting, but Chris never skipped a beat. He did a wonderful job of setting proper expectations and helping me rationalize decisions at every step of the way. Chris seemed to be able to predict the future throughout every negotiation we had with sellers, clearly putting his years of experience to work. Honestly at times having Chris in my corner felt like I had an unfair advantage. I am forever grateful to have had Chris represent me throughout my first home buying process. I still reach out to him with questions on occasion and I'm always met with helpful feedback and enthusiasm. I genuinely cannot wait to start the home buying process again with him one day when I am once again ready.

Fantastic experience: Chris was absolutely incredible when my husband and I were searching for a home during the summer of 2020. As first-time home-buyers, we had SO MANY questions about the process, and Chris spent tons of time to explain everything we'd need to know and what we'd need to do to get started, step by step. He completely demystified the process for us and made us feel confident in turn. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was always there for us to listen and to give us his perspective - but doing so in a way where we always felt in charge. He also made sure we put forward the most competitive offer possible - and it worked because it was the only offer we had to make. He's that good! Chris has the perfect blend of EQ and IQ: truly brilliant about real estate and warm, personable, and trustworthy. Fantastic experience: Our entire experience with Chris has been awesome. We have already recommended him to all our friends and coworkers. As first time home buyers we could not have lucked out more! Chris knows his stuff too, from the ins and outs of buying to renovation, to negotiating, to giving sound and honest advice. We could not imagine this experience of buying a house with another real estate agent. He made what is a crazy, convoluted process near seamless - even during COVID! Fantastic experience: I do not know what I would've done without Chris! He helped my wife and I buy our first house with ease. Whenever we had a question, which was all the time, he never hesitated to answer fast and professionally. He got to know us in a short time and knew exactly what we wanted.
