Fantastic experience: I want to thank Steve and Ashley who worked as a team to install a new downspout on my unit’s gutter.. Before,I had two roofs going into one downspout which caused an overflow of water.. In the winter, I had a dangerous icicle that came down just missing my gas meter, and air conditioning unit. Hopefully this problem has been resolved! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am a Realtor and I wanted to say how positive my experience was recently working with May properties. I had a recent sale of a condo unit in the Riverview complex in Southbridge, MA. Amy Charlton (Property Manager) was instrumental in helping to expedite a master insurance policy issue. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and promptly helped save the deal. Without her expertise, and comprehensive understanding of the lender requirements, we would not have been able to close on the property. Amy, thank you for the positive experience. I appreciate you, and look forward to working on more deals that May Properties manages.

Negative experience: I already contacted May Property Management re: dissatisfaction with one storm door installment in particular…hoping it will be resolved soon.

Fantastic experience: There were two installers. I know only one name, Nelson. Both in the team have a wonderful work ethic. They were not intimidated by a couple of pesky bees hovering around! The new door is easy to use and attractive. Many thanks to Nelson and lady assistant for a job well done.

Fantastic experience: Awesome job power-washing the patio to my unit. The work exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Positive experience: Arrived much later than the scheduled appointment time. Was just about to call to find out if crew was coming when they showed up. A call or email would have done the trick. Otherwise the two gents (Steve and Dustin?) did a fine job. Answered all my questions and did not use power drill on the flex portion of the duct. Lugged their huge vacuum down to the basement even though it was not the quickest approach.

Fantastic experience: As a previous HOA board member, we were seeking a new property management company to better fit our needs. We knew that we wanted local and one that been familiar with our area. The search was easy and MPM came right up with glowing reviews. As cliche as it sounds, they really do treat you like family, between Matt and Angela, they were understanding of our situation, our needs and really went above and beyond to listen to understand rather than respond. Angela has addressed all of our incoming requests and is very thorough with everything she does. Through each level of correspondence Angela and the team always ensure to put the resident's best interest first as they truly understand how challenging it can be to the face of so many residents.

On the way out, he also fixed a loose door fixture quickly. He went out of his way to make sure things were safe in our condo. We really appreciate what Steve did!

Fantastic experience: I've been happy with their management. They have been responsive and when things went wrong during a siding project, they have been great and addressed the issue with the vendors. They are available when you need to speak with them.

Fantastic experience: (Sally Bates) Derrick and Steve came to look at a leak in my ceiling, both took their time and were great with their assessment...very personable. Steve came back to do the repair, again a great job taking his time and very thorough! Highly recommend! MPM also took over managing our condo complex in January 2024. There were quite a few outstanding problems that Matt resolved plus they've overseen and helped complete major projects; replacing a leaking main water line from the street, replacing 4) townhouse front stairs and replacing a septic tank. All have been done in front of my townhouse (LOL) so I've seen first hand; they cause minimal disruption and completely restore driveways and yard. Definitely a great company!

The technician (Derrick) came right on time, did the cleanout quickly and very competently. He was polite, talkative and very funny, had a great spirit. Negative experience: Never sand or pre treat, never respond or call back when you leave messages. Matt is drama and purposely causes problem within the HOA. The woman are rude. I have to treat and take care of my own areas. They raised the fees and im not sure why bc they do nothing to contribute to this place but more problems

Fantastic experience: Great job for a chimney pipe cleaning for my pellet stove. Technician was very considerate to clean up all the ashes and dust inside and around my fireplace with vacuum and wet clothes that left no trace of ash. Definitely recommended and will be calling again next year.

Negative experience: I know there’s a lot of people out there that live in Condos. This is my opinion on this management company May Property Management is probably the worst management company and very unprofessional. They take additional fees out of your account when you tell them not to and then come up with ridiculous excuses why they did so. Fantastic experience: Recently met Kyle from May PM, he is awesome, he goes out of his way to help homeowners and the association. He is willing to help with anything and has been friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: We had our chimney cleaned by Kyle from May Property Management. He was very professional. The work was done carefully so there was no mess. He found a couple of problems which were allowing water and leaves in to the fireplace, so we will get those repaired. He also completed a repair on the outside of our home. Will will think of May Property Managment next time we need work done inside our home.

She is very responsive and attentive, and cares about the aesthetics of the property. I love the online portal provided by MPM. Makes everything from logging work orders to paying bills very easy.

Cheryl ensures that the utmost care is taken to provide Safe Conditions throughout. Night/Day, Weekday or Weekend She ensures that tenants parking is not compromised by illegally parked vehicles and moves swiftly to take action. It is a pleasure working with such a diligent and efficient team!!

Fantastic experience: As a trustee/resident of a large condo complex for many years, I cannot honestly thank Cheryl and the team at May property management enough for taking on our complex and making things in community the way they should have been years ago. We had faced several challenges with our last management company for 10+ years and Cheryl has taken us on full speed and works very hard for everyone in the community. Our property is getting there and now I finally feel we have a great team behind us with May property management.
