Fantastic experience: My husband and I found our home on the Realtor app. We didn’t have a Realtor at the time because we had just moved from NC to be closer to family; as my husband transitioned out of the military. We are first time buyers and we were going through the VA for our loan. Becca Owens scheduled our showing of the house in person and worked with mine and my husband’s work schedule perfectly. She was very kind and professional. We then told her that we would be using the VA loan to purchase the house, so she gave our information to her friend and co worker, Isaac Lozano. Isaac was very professional and kind, he helped us understand the whole buying process; as well as, answered all of our questions. There were many curveballs thrown at us during the process, though Isaac stuck with us the whole way to even helping us tear a run down building down that was deemed unstable by our appraiser and had to be torn down before we closed. The closing date was set and we had a very limited time to get it done. Isaac came and helped us on his weekend off, we didn’t ask him to do that. He did it out of the kindness of his heart.
