Fantastic experience: The service I experienced with the Haus Property Realty Group was exceptional! This team is very friendly, well organized, time efficient with their communication, and professional. Sara, the agent who worked with me directly, was amazing! She walked me through every single step of the process and was extremely thorough with me, and I appreciated that. Thank you all for meeting all of my needs during the process of selling my property. God Bless, Tekeira

Fantastic experience: Excellent team to be working with.

Negative experience: My water heater went out, I caught the leak pretty fast. Haus response was really fast. Flood mitigation was excellent, unfortunately took Cameron 6 months to repair paint, dry-wall, and replace padding. Met Cameron once at my door, COMPLETE CLOWN. Im certain the owner had insurance?? Haus was completely incompetent. We moved out, and Used Tall City Realty. Thanks Cameron

Fantastic experience: We had a very challenging sale journey with our existing home which required Cameron and his team to keep us updated on potential homes for a long period of time. Then when it was time to buy it went very fast. Cameron and his team stayed tight on top of the situation allowing us to purchase and close in our new home in a very tight window. We would highly recommend Haus Property Group!!

Fantastic experience: Baele is the best realtor we could have ever asked for. My wife and I first met Baele 2 years ago, we didn’t know buying a home was even an option for us. We tried looking around but it didn’t feel like the right time, she was so patient with us while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to do with our lives. Fast- forward to this month where we closed on our first home. We came into this experience with no expectations, and nobody to coach us through, and we are so grateful to say that we have a new best friend and member to our family in Baele. We love her so much, and we couldn’t have done this without her!❤️

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend! They made the process so smooth and I felt well taken care of with constant check-ins and updates

Fantastic experience: Baele was so supportive, patient, and knowledgeable during the whole process (which took us nearly a year) and felt more like a family member than a realtor. She helped us find our dream home and I couldn’t be more grateful. 20/10

Fantastic experience: Cynthia was amazing!!! She was patient & very helpful. So glad we got to meet & work with her.

Fantastic experience: I cannot describe how amazing my experience was. Cynthia was the awesome soul that helped me, and when I say helped that putting it lightly. She literally did everything from start to finish. She gave me such a sense of peace in a very hectic time (moving isn't easy) . If I could give them a higher rating I would lol . Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: We recently relocated from out of state and Cynthia Barker absolutely helped to make our transition smooth, easy to understand and helped us to make informed decisions when we had anything unexpected come up with our transaction. Thank so much for helping us feeling empowered and we are loving our new home!

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Barker and her team, one of the many amazing realtors associated with this company. We looked into a few homes and she helped us along the way with informing us with a lot of information that we weren’t aware of as first time home buyers! She was available for us even when she was off the clock and was very responsive. She made this experience very enjoyable. She has also still helped us after the day of closing. If anyone is looking for an amazing friend in that is knowledgeable and amazing, Cynthia Barker is who we would recommend. 100/10 Ps. You guys are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Just bought my first house after a few months of looking for the best option and ask for Baele Maldonado she works with and is consistent in finding a home that fits your budget and is very communicative with her customers and did a great job on my purchase of a home and she will make this process easier than you expect buying a home is

Fantastic experience: The best experience I have had with a realtor, after coming from Wyoming and having a horrible experience with the realtor there, Cynthia made our buying process a breeze here in Texas! Highly recommend and will use her again if we ever buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: Cynthia Barker was a tremendous help from start to finish. The whole process can be a bit overwhelming. She made sure to keep us in the loop and was informative throughout the buying experience.

Fantastic experience: Love how they always helping and showing you what you looking for very nice had a wonderful time

Fantastic experience: We worked with Cynthia during our home buying experience. During the house search process, she was quick to secure homes for us to tour. We found one we wanted to put an offer in on, but the next day, found our current new build (boyfriend kept looking ). She quickly acted to show the house. We fell in love with it, so she physically went to the builder to tell them they found a buyer. During the lending and inspection process she offered sound advice and did everything in her hands to make sure our questions and concerns were promptly answered. Cynthia is fantastic! I generally don't write reviews, but if you're looking for a dedicated buyer's agent, call her! Thank you for your dedication during this process Cynthia!

Fantastic experience: Officially just closed on the house! If you need a realtor in Midland or Odessa, I cannot recommend Cynthia Abney Barker enough! She was AMAZING, answered every single question, and even got us in to see the house when it wasn’t on the market yet!!!!

Fantastic experience: We have had two wonderful experiences with Lance Welch with Haus Property Group! He makes the buying process so easy going and uncomplicated. I recommend Lance to everyone looking to purchase a new home. He makes things fun too, so that's a huge plus! Great all around guy, no one else I'd use.
