Jeaneen Pruitt & Associates

Fantastic experience: Jeaneen has been a family friend and our 'go to' Realtor for over 20 years. She has helped with the sale & purchase of several homes in our large family. This time it was our turn. She advised us the best time to list and all the things we needed to consider in selling our home of 29 years. The day came for us to actually list the house. The listing went online at 8 pm on a Tuesday evening and the house was shown at 8:30 pm and SOLD at our asking price! We were shocked, overwhelmed, pleased - and homeless! :) In the following weeks she helped us navigate all the things. From working with the buyer to us finding a new place in another town to fixing closing times to fit everyone. We can't thank her enough for her expertise in this business, her professionalism and keen insight as well as her friendship!

Fantastic experience: We loved working with Jeaneen! Made things easier for us in every possible way.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Amber on the Janeen Pruitt team to sell our home in Greenwood, and wow we are so happy we did!! Amber was absolutely amazing to work with while selling our house in Greenwood/Midland, Texas. In a challenging and competitive market, Amber’s knowledge of the area and the local market made such a huge difference for us. She knew exactly how to price, market, and position our home to attract serious buyers, and she guided us through every step with confidence and patience. She was incredibly understanding, always available to answer our questions, and made us feel supported through the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, especially in a changing market, but Amber kept everything organized, communicated constantly, and helped us stay calm and informed. Her experience and professionalism really showed from start to finish. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family and would absolutely recommend Amber to anyone buying or selling in the Midland/Greenwood area. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! Thank you for everything, Amber!

She has always been generous with her time and advice, even if we were buying something in another state and not from her. I would highly recommend Jeaneen and her team to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how appreciative and patient Jeaneen was with me and my family during our hunt for a new home. My must have were very specific. Negative experience: I had an appt to show a house we wanted to put up for sale and the broker had to postpone due to family emergency. Never heard a word back. We went with Legacy
