We were first time home buyers using a VA loan, Daina went far beyond what we asked of her (and as first time home buyers we asked a lot and we were out of town for most of it). I am now sitting in my new house enjoying life as a new home buyer! Fantastic experience: I have known Victoria since high school. She has sold three houses for me over the years. All three were sold within days. One was sold on the first day at full price. If you have a house that has been hard to sell she can provide you with a few hints that will speed it's sale. She is a true professional in a business with a lot of amateurs. She is the ONLY realtor to use in Midland!

Negative experience: WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have been looking to find a home here in Midland, Texas for over 2 years and finally found the perfect one! It was being listed with Victoria Printz and I thought, great a seller who says they are "Midland's Top Agent since 1998." I assumed it would be a smooth and workable situation with her and her agency since they boast about how "great" they are. I shouldn't have assumed... SHE HAS BEEN RUDE, CONDENSENDING, AND FRUSTRATING TOWARDS ME, MY FAMILY, AND MY REPRESENTING AGENT. She raised the option period money from $100 to $250 stating she needs to make sure as a family we are ready to commit, then after my option period was done and my FHA appraisal came back she was unwilling to fix the repairs required with a FHA loan, and as a result she requested to terminate the contract because she didn't feel she needed to bother her sellers with fixing any repairs, stating that my agent should go an fix them himself (real words said by Victoria Printz). To make it worse she wanted to keep the earnest money. I will never again work with Victoria Printz or any of her realtors ever again. BUY FROM SOMEONE WITH INTEGRITY NOT VICTORIA PRINTZ!
