Fantastic experience: I’m in California. I purchased the home to use as a rental. After the home was ready to rent, I found a real estate company that also did property management. It sat for several months without any serious offers. The rental price was lowered several times. I also did not feel valued by the company. I decided to flip the property instead. Needless to say I did not use that company to sell the property. I looked for a realtor that I felt would act in my best interest. I felt at ease and very comfortable after speaking to Joel. Fantastic experience: I just want to highly recommend the Babb team at Keller Williams. After a discouraging experience with another agent/firm, they demonstrated the difference a good agent can make. One always has to beware that an agent is representing their buyer instead of yourself. Joel and Jemima Babb made it clear they were committed to me as seller, did their homework and a lot of hard work, kept me in the loop throughout, and as a result, the house sold for 30k higher than the first agent recommended even asking for.
