Negative experience: Really shady agency!!!! Made an offer on a property and was told the owner’s accepted a significantly higher offer. Turns out the property was sold for 30k less than the offer we submitted. This is really shady practice by this agency, and they should be reported.

Negative experience: I’m usually not the type to write a review, however the unprofessionalism of Chloe Cortes was one of a kind. Not only was she late to our scheduled viewing, she also scheduled someone else to view the same unit 15 minutes after our scheduled session. With that said, I was waiting outside with the other scheduled viewer and we both remarked how abnormal and unusual this was. This was the first time I ever experienced a rushed appointment. In addition to this experience, she sent me a pre-filled PDF application with her personal information via text message and no way to edit it. When I informed her of this, she texted back saying to “download the document and edit it that way.” I had to find a way to convert the whole document in order to email it to her with my information. She was also extremely dismissive with her text messages and email. She never replied back after sending me the application. Her lack of communication and response was exceedingly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The year was 2021 my wife and I was interested in purchasing a house and Chloe answered our call, we had to withdrew from the offer with no fault on her part but the initial interaction with her left an indelible mark on us. We contacted her this year (2024) and she made us one of the happiest, simply put Chloe is the best at what she does! She is a consummate professional in the truest sense of the word. Throughout the process she worked assiduously on our behalf, never a moment that you call that she is never too busy to answer your queries or concerns with unparallel patience. Always return your calls and emails. You know from the get-go that she has your best interest at heart. Even when there were hiccups with the other parties involved, rest assure Chloe was on the case. She worked overtime and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we got the best deal possible to achieve our primary goal. If there is an adjective to describe her it would be AWESOME!!!!!

Negative experience: The agent called Jocelyn she rented us an apartment saying it was really nice and pretty and nothing wrong with it supposedly to get the real state money from her side she didn’t care about anything else. When we moved to the place the house got flooded the electricity was broken smoke everywhere neighbors broken in the house All types of bugs everywhere we told her about it asked her who the owner was she said an LLC never wanted to give information of the owner saying it wasn’t her fault.. she only wanted the money and didn’t care about people’s life or how they live in that house. She never wanted to give us back the real state money and also never any information from the owner knowing we had kids who are suffering from this things that are happening in this house that we were never told about at the beginning of the lease. We believe that just like the did background and credit check to rent the place we belive they should’ve done a background check on the owner and or property not fair for people who waste a lot of money for deposit real state and rent to deal with this. This is inhumanity and joselyyn was not a good person not helpful at all. And all she wanted was to take the real state money and rent the place never cared about nothing else. At least she should’ve researched about the house before renting it. Totally unfair to do this specially with minors living there

I found Felipe & Gricel Soto just scrolling through the internet looking for an agent to rent one of my units, having a really bad experience with tenants I was a bit skeptical in renting again but after meeting them in person I couldn't ask for a better duo. Trying to find a good tenant in Newark NJ has been a needle in hay stack and insanely crazy but through it all they both has been my rock. Negative experience: I was recommend to work with Nancy but little did I know that in due time she would show her true colors. In the middle of a high demand market, her and her investor (seller of the home I was interested) really took advantage of me. She became extremely rude to my mother the day of the walkthrough to the point where Nancy told her to stop asking her questions and that she had no business talking to her. My mother was only looking out for me just the same way Nancy would do for any of her daughters. She may be very knowledgeable in the business but not so much on on being polite.

Negative experience: Do not use Nancy, she either doesn’t know how taxes work or just cares about making a close. She said I would pay 7K in taxes on 450K home. After doing my research I saw in my borough a home valued at 450K pays 13K and it’s using a simple equation. Still paying for it now and bought the house over a year ago. Feel like I got played.
