Our search started prior to our arrival to Santa Clarita which required a fair amount of time and preparation on their part. The level of care and attention provided by both was noticeable and allowed us to feel comfortable that our preferences were always at the forefront of the process. In addition, the guidance they provided regarding the housing market in the area was focused and comprehensive. We always felt that we were being presented with all the information - positives and areas of consideration as we underwent the decision process. Fantastic experience: We met Jose and Michelle at an open house. We did not have a relator at that time, and we wanted to purchase the house they had listed and decided to use them as our relators. We worked with alonso real estate team just recently to sell our home, during this craziness with COVID 19 and we could not have been more pleased.... the first day the house went on the market we received multiple offers, thanks in large part to their incredible  work! They brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home on line, which created an insane amount of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers... their marketing team is top notch and can’t be beat!!! The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the house!! Michelle and Jose was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along, even with all the COVID craziness, and getting to closing in a timely manner... Fantastic experience: I can't recommend her enough. She is a very knowledgeable real state agent who can guide you on every single steps in selling/buying a property process. Michelle sold our rental property at the full asking price very quickly. She found us a decent buyer very quickly and managed the escrow process in a very smooth way.
