We have been looking for a realtor to buy for 6 months. We started with looking at home with multiple sellers agents as a buyer because we were not sure which realtor to use after having a horrible experience with another realtor. Most of the seller agents we interviewed either do not care about speaking to us or wanted to push us to buy their homes until we met Tricia. The first time we met Tricia as a seller agent, she did not push us to buy the property she listed but instead gave us a lot of tips on where to look for properties and what to look out for when working with seller's agent as a buyer. She made us very comfortable working with after speaking to her the first time. We then hired Tricia as our buyer's agent. We looked for a month and finally decided on a home. During a escrow, the seller's agent made everything so difficult but Tricia brushed them off and reassured us many times that she will take care of everything. After the close of escrow, we were happy with our home. Also, your relationship with Tricia does not end after the home is closed. There were several issues we had after the close of escrow, and Tricia spent lots of time dealing with them. She also personally delivers cookies and snacks to your home during the holidays.
