Tami and her team are not “most real estate agents.” With her multi decades of experience, an endless list of contacts, and a high level of organizational and people skills, there is no one better to handle any real estate transaction. Without a doubt, I completely recommend and support Tami for all real estate transactions. She is our hero!! Our sale began as most with exceptional communication and transparent and honest guidance. We listed, held an open house and accepted one of multiple offers within a few days! Then the challenges began. As with many real estate transactions, someone buys your house, and is selling their house and that person is selling their house, setting a dynamic wheel in motion. Our process, sale, escrow and title went smooth and quick. Unfortunately, the person buying the person buying our house had a “big bank” lender. They were not transparent nor efficient. That said, Tami was steps ahead of the process, reaching out to escrow agents and lenders of all parties, communicating the issues and problem solving with them all. After numerous delays, much nail biting, and a couple additional grey hairs, Tami was able to facilitate a mutual agreement and the deal was closed within a couple days of estimates. Her dedication and leadership were outstanding and had it not been for her experience, contacts in the industry and drive, we may never have closed on our forever home. We are forever grateful.

Tami schedules and oversees the work that needs to be done. We never needed to get involved with contractors.
