From getting our condo painted, make minor repairs, refreshed and ready to go for the tenant. Placed rental ads of the condo on rental websites like Zillow. They took care of the background and credit checks of potential renters. They handled all the showings of the condo to potential renters. And they took care of all the contracts/agreements with the renter. The best part.. they got our condo rented within roughly a month after it was posted on rental websites. Moving forward they will also handle monthly payment arrangements and repair request. Simply put, they are a do it all property management company...so that you don't have to stress about managing it yourself if that is what you are looking for, A++++

Gable P.M. always contacts me immediately if there is a concern. They promptly handle maintenance, repairs or questions I may have. Gable P.M. provides an online portal for owners and a separate portal for tenants. The owners portal is used to update all activities per month and is always available to the owner. Cj, Jennifer and Darin can always be reached or will return your call promptly. I put my total trust in Gable Property Management and truly believe a good team makes a good company!

Fantastic experience: My father is 92 years old. He moved into assisted living but wanted to keep his home as a rental property. Gable was the only property manager I interviewed willing to work with him in person and not just over the phone and computer. They were unfailingly kind to him. Gable contracted for all of the renovation and upgrades needed and actually spent less money that I thought it would require. After a quick renovation, Gable found very high quality tenants. For me, however, the respect with which they treated my elderly father was the best part of the entire experience. If you want people that are willing to talk on the phone, go the extra mile, and are easy to contact, go with Gable. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: I’m first time renting out the property and was selecting the property management company carefully. Gable convinced me by their understanding and experience in Santa Clarita area, and also by straight and clear answers on all the questions I have asked them. In sum: I connected with Gable in mid November, by Dec 1st we had the tenants approved and moved in! (Not sure it is possible all the time but it my case that was a real timeline). Always answering all my requests and clarifications afterwards too. So far I’m really happy with their service and can strongly recommend as a company for private property management.

Fantastic experience: Prior to hiring Gable Property Management I interviewed several other Property Management companies. At Gable, both CJ and Jennifer Sioussat were both extremely knowledgeable. I first spoke with CJ and without me having to ask he was already providing me the details that I was looking for and prepared to ask questions about. When I called other companies around the valley, I was surprised when I had to either dig for information, or sometimes I didn't get calls back for days. Jennifer got to work immediately and within only a couple weeks had already found tenants that were the perfect fit for the home's neighborhood. Then, it's like the house itself knew that things were changing, suddenly two toilets needed to be replaced, the fireplace fixed, and a few other minor issues, and Jennifer speedily assisted us with coordinating getting these things fixed and completed before the tenants moved in. I feel confident in the Gable Team, they have made what I thought would be a stressful experience and I was anxious at first, feel like a walk in the park. I am grateful for their hard work, and I definitely recommend them.
