In this competitive environment, you cannot expect to hit a home run on your first outing. You can get beat so many ways…cash offers, etc. But, thanks to him, we did so well in this area. Once your offer is accepted, you may choose not to proceed for many reasons. Michael counsels you, but does not pressure you and only wants what you want. How amazing is that? Pretty unheard of. Though I believe in putting together your own legal team, finance team, etc., Michael can point you in the right direction if needed. So, I absolutely recommend him, and not because I have to or feel obligated to; I recommend him because he’s really good at what he does, and I would use him over and over again.
