Fantastic experience: I was an out of state buyer and Joe Summa was absolutely amazing to work with! I had several non-negotiable requirements for my new house as well as a very tight timeline due to work. Fantastic experience: Note: Auslander Kasindorf were our agents in the sale of our home. This entire experience was the smoothest I've ever experienced ( I sold two homes prior ) or have even heard of! From Jeannie's staging of our condo to Todd's handling of the sales process - it was all completed from listing to closing in 33 days! 90% of the showing comments were exceptional, great job Jeannie! We literally had no issues throughout. This can only happen with competent knowledge, advise and preparation. We followed all of their guidance. We had two unique situations; we had to be away while they listed the house, and the septic system was needing to be replaced. They helped us stage the house after we left, and worked out a way to sell the house with a credit for the septic. In the end the house sold in less than a week for well over asking price! Jeannie was SO hands on for the prep and staging helping us to clean out closets and dressers. I cannot see any other realtor doing this. We contacted them well before we were ready to sell our home and they never pressured us to change our timetable. They did contact us twice when they thought the market conditions were right to sell. We weren't ready the first time and they respected our decision. When they contacted us a year later based on their read of the market, we listed and had about 75 interested parties tour the house in the first four days on the market. Fantastic experience: My brother and I chose Todd Auslander of Keller Williams Prestige Properties to be our real estate agent to help sell the house we inherited from my mother after an internet search by my brother found Todd listed as the top real estate agent in Stamford. I called him and we met at the house. He was impressed with the renovations I had done. My brother and I next met with Todd and Jeannie Kasindorf of his office over Zoom as my brother does not live in the area. We were impressed with them and signed a listing agreement right away. They told us we could probably sell the house in a week. We agreed on an asking price. Jeannie helped me stage the house, moving some rugs to the garage and getting rid of some knick-knacks to have it looking most appealing. Next they came with a photographer who took some beautiful pictures. They also did some virtual staging of the basement room. Then the property was listed on the usual real estate sites.
