Fantastic experience: May 2024: This is my second review for Kimberly. In 2021 we bought a house in Stamford while we were living in Boston. That was very difficult but Kimberly was terrific. She did facetime walkthroughs so that we didn't need to travel down for each showing, and she developed a keen understanding of our needs and desires in a home. Just last month we sold a property with Kimberly and that was even more challenging. My four siblings and I sold our parents’ home after they both died this year. Kimberly led us through the process of getting the house in good shape to sell and we eventually received 18 offers due to her excellent marketing. We sold for a much higher price than we expected due to Kimberly's superior counsel on what to do and not to do. Most of all, she was very patient with four siblings who often had four ideas of what to do. I cannot recommend her highly enough! August 2021: I have bought and sold real estate a number of times and working with Kimberly was by far the most satisfying experience I've ever had.
